If you're worried about that one friend who hasn't replied to your messages over the weekend, you might just come across him or her in the immersive open-world RPG universe that is Cyberpunk 2077. With the game now in its first week, more and more players are spending their active hours navigating its Night City realm. Save for a 1977 Porsche 911 Turbo, all the cars currently available in the game are only "inspired" from the ones we enjoy in the real world, but the rendering we have here, which comes from an independent artist, brings a different perspective.
While the Quadra Turbo sports car you can use in the game does the unthinkable by mixing styling cues of the Lamborghini Countach and the Ferrari Testarossa, the 3D model we have here stays closer to the Raging Bull design, albeit while adding quite a few futuristic touches.

Its creator, Khyzyl Saleem, has actually come up with the proposal back in the spring, and we're now looking at an update of the rendering. Among others, we have to keep in mind that, just like the vehicles from the game, this contraption features autonomous driving hardware.

It's also worth noting that while the artist has created content for games such as Need For Speed: Heat and The Crew 2, he hasn't joined forces with Polish developer CD Projekt Red, who is behind this title. So, in a way, you can regard this remix of iconic designer Marcello Gandini's work as a... doodle.

The way in which the transparent roof replaces the periscope system Lamborghini designed to deal with the original supercar's lack of rear visibility is enough to draw attention. And, if you think about it, the LED lighting signature of this virtual machine links the project to the Terzo Millennio, an EV concept Sant'Agata Bolognese introduced back in 2017.

Then there's the widebody kit, which manages to stray from the meaty overfender look we see all across social media these days.

Oh, and you shouldn't allow the shocking overall look of the Lambo to keep you from zooming in on the little bits - why miss details like those airless tires?
