Everybody's dream home looks different. Those who want to enjoy plenty of space for socializing or having friends over will prefer a configuration that puts the living room at the forefront. Despite size limitations, even homes on wheels can do this. The beautiful, luminous Snowdrop rearranges the pieces of the puzzle for an unexpected result.
Mobi House is, by far, one of the most prolific tiny house builders in Europe, offering an incredibly diverse range. They're also more flexible than most when it comes to furnishings. Customers can opt for the standard version of a fully furnished house, the comfort version that adds all the household appliances, or the more affordable DIY version, where they take care of the equipment and furnishings themselves.

Customization also extends to the final size of the home on wheels, as long as the weight stays within 3.5 tons (the road-legal limit). The team at Mobi House works with three main trailer sizes: six meters (19.6 feet), 7.2 meters (23.6 feet), and 8.4 meters (27.5 feet).

This brand's designs are very diverse in terms of layout and style but have three major features in common. First of all, they're built from high-quality materials, including Scandinavian spruce for both the exterior and interior paneling. Secondly, they're fitted with the best in terms of insulation and heating (which makes them perfectly livable all year round). Lastly, they're road-legal and adapted for easy transportation.

Mobi Snowdrop is among the largest models offered by the Polish brand, sitting on a 7.2-meter, two-axle trailer. It's a two-loft design with one functioning as the main bedroom and the second one more suitable for storage. What makes Snowdrop different than any other tiny house in the same size category is the atypical layout of the main floor, where the living room takes up most of the space, while the kitchen is placed at one end of the house.

Two things make Snowdrop as bright and luminous as all Mobi House designs: the extensive use of glass (large windows and elegant French doors) coupled with an all-white interior, mimicking the tranquil atmosphere of traditional farmhouses. What's unusual is that once you step inside, you're greeted by an unusually large convertible sofa sitting at the center of the house.

This type of two-loft tiny often comes with a symmetrical main floor layout and one or two staircases leading to the loft areas. In this case, however, the living room takes center stage, flanked by the kitchen at one end and the bathroom at the other end.

Even with this unusual placement, the living area still gets plenty of light and great views because the large sofa sits under the windows and in front of the entry doors. Thanks to the modular design (one of the key elements when it comes to tiny house furniture), it also integrates generous storage spaces. At night, it can be converted into a main floor bed for extra accommodation.

Stylish overhead shelves provide extra storage with zero clutter, and there's enough room for a foldable table that can turn into a dining table for the whole family. As for the chairs (also foldable), they hang neatly on the kitchen wall, staying out of the way when not in use.

The kitchen is quite small for a house this size due to its atypical placement. Still, it's designed to integrate all the basic appliances perfectly and still include abundant storage space in the form of soft-close drawers and overhead cabinets.

The smaller loft sits right above the kitchen, flanked by multiple windows that keep it well-lit during the day. A rustic-style protection railing made of rope makes the loft feel more spacious by not obstructing the view. Although suitable for storage, this room is flexible enough for different activities, thanks to the abundant natural light, additional lighting fixtures, and electric sockets.

The second loft, which serves as the main bedroom, connects to the first floor via a beautifully-crafted staircase with a stylish, asymmetric design and illuminated railing. The main storage area, which would typically face the kitchen, is unobstructed in this case, making it a lot easier to access. The bathroom is also located at this end of the house, fitted with all the basics. The main bedroom benefits from multiple windows for cross-ventilation and features an elegant, wood-crafted protection wall.

Snowdrop's comfort version includes an electric oven and electric fridge for the kitchen and a TV in the living room. A combination of a digitally-controlled underfloor heating system and an electric heater keeps the temperature cozy in colder seasons.

The Mobi Snowdrop tiny home ultimately feels very spacious because it allows a higher degree of flexibility for the main floor. It also encourages socializing, which can sometimes be an issue with smaller models unless they come with an outdoor deck. Snowdrop has all the qualities of a permanent family home, with the added benefits of greater mobility and sustainability.
