Aston Martin has just completed its first real-estate project in the United States. The construction towers over Miami, offering spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from high-end condos, penthouses, and duplexes.
Luxury and performance car brands such as Bugatti, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Porsche are redesigning the skyline of Miami with real estate projects. Aston Martin was not going to sit and watch them steal the spotlight. The British brand has just completed its first real estate project in the US, the Aston Martin Residences.

Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, on the Miami waterfront, the 66-story skyscraper offers nearly 400 exclusive units, available in various layouts, with five-star amenities. According to the carmaker, 99 percent of 391 residences have already been sold, long before completion.

The crown jewel is the Unique Triplex Penthouse, a three-floor condominium that spans a total of 27,191 square feet of living space. Located at the top of the building, the condo comes with a private butler, available 24/7.

Each of the residences will cost north of a million dollars. It also integrates private lobbies, a fitness center spanning four levels between the building's 52nd and 55th floors, and an infinity pool. All common areas are designed at the brand's design studio in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

A yacht marina, an art gallery, two movie theaters, a virtual golf simulator, a business center and a conference room, a barbershop, and a kids playroom have also found room in the Aston Martin Residences tower.

The British automaker has also integrated jacuzzis and cabanas, an ultra-luxurious sky bar, a chef's kitchen, a ball room, and private dining areas.

Those buying a home in the Aston Martin tower, one of the tallest all-residential building in Miami, with views to the Miami cityscape, Miami River, and Biscayne Bay, will also receive an Aston Martin Vulcan or a DBX SUV.

The entire construction, using curvilinear glass and steel, is a tribute to Aston Martin’s car design. The brand offers three interior design options for customers willing to leave the layout of their apartments in the hands of the brand’s designers. They can go for either the Timeless, Covert, and Indulgent collection.

The Aston Martin Residences is not the brand's first real estate project. The automaker has also completed the No. 001 Minami Aoyama mansion in Tokyo, carried out in partnership with a luxury real estate company in Japan, while their first private residential estate, Sylvan Rock, was built in Rhinebeck, New York.

The completion of the project coincides with the week of the Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix. The city in Florida seems to be a paradise for carmakers willing to go into real estate. Porsche has recently opened its Design Tower, where soccer star Lionel Messi also owns a condo, while the Bentley Residences and Mercedes-Benz Places will be ready by 2027.
