Lionel Messi moved from Paris to Florida after he joined Inter Miami in July 2023. That is when he took his wife, children, and cars to the exclusive Porsche Design Tower, where he has a lift to park his cars in an upper-floor private garage.
Nine million dollars. That is how much Lionel Messi paid for the apartment with breathtaking views over the Atlantic Ocean. Messi purchased it back in 2022, even before he signed the contract with the American team. Back then, he was still playing for Paris Saint-Germain, with no intention whatsoever to leave France whatsoever.

However, the Argentinian player was hoping to make the move one day as he wanted his children to be educated in the US. He had even bought a luxury penthouse in Miami in 2019, but that was eventually put up for sale because he found a better option. By the time Messi left Europe, his Miami apartment was waiting for him, just ready for the star to move in.

So this is how the Porsche Design Tower became home to the World Cup winner and his family. The beachfront residence has an ace up its sleeve, something that attracts car enthusiasts like a magnet.

Each unit in the 56-floor building has its own sky garage and a car elevator that allows them to take their motorized treasures up to their apartment and have them close at hand.

It is, in fact, a "dezervator," with the name inspired by its creator, Gil Dezer, offering residents direct access to their apartments in their cars.

The driver puts the car into the round, fully automated elevator surrounded by walls of glass, and the platform spins to align the car with the door. When they reach the floor where they want to go, the car is pushed out of the elevator on rails and parked behind another wall of glass with a view toward the living room.

The apartment where the soccer star lives reportedly covers around 330 square meters and has three bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in an open-floor plan. Messi is very strict when it comes to his private life, so there aren't any photos from inside the apartment.

Sergi from Supercar Blondie entered the tower in a Porsche 911 Dakar. Every apartment has between two and 11 parking spots. There is no information on how many Lionel Messi has, but he surely needs a lot.

The soccer star is the owner of an incredible Ferrari F355 S Spider Scaglietti, a Ferrari F430 Spyder,a Maserati Gran Turismo MC Stradale, and a trio of Audis from the period he was paying for Barcelona. The out-of-this-world Porsche Design Tower also features an underground car park. But that’s not halfway as investing as the sky parking.
