Step inside this dark-green tiny house and discover the best design features that shatter size limitations. Forget classic dual-loft configurations – the Oregano tiny home brings a fresh perspective that maximizes space in the best way possible.
Mobi House-designed dwellings are anything but plain and simple. First, your eyes are drawn to the colorful, vibrant exteriors that match the nature-inspired names. Inside, an entire world unfolds before your eyes, each time showing you a different take on classic layouts.

A harmonious blend of rustic charm and modern functionality is another one of the Mobi House models' characteristics. These aren't pretentious abodes with sophisticated design twists, but they're not rugged and simple either. A home like the Mobi Individual Oregano was designed to meet the needs of contemporary, urban families and ensure comfortable year-round living.

Size-wise, the Oregano tiny house keeps things small. It's only 7.8-meters long (25.5 feet), which keeps it compact and lightweight. The available floor space was cleverly used to create a homely downstairs area with a big kitchen, a separate bathroom, and –the best part- a master bedroom.

To make the most of the home's height, a dual-loft configuration adds accommodation capabilities and an unusual but spacious lounge. It's a fresh take on the typical loft layout that introduced a so-called reverse loft. It means that instead of a downstairs living room and a loft bedroom, the Oregano tiny boasts a main-floor bedroom sitting right under an elevated lounge.

This particular setup adds a certain bohemian vibe to the overall interior style. It turns the lounge into a real sanctuary with added privacy and an informal, relaxed ambiance. To top things off, a beautifully carved open-work railing adds visual interest and an artistic touch. This functional element doubles as a work of art that makes this lounge even more interesting.

You'll also notice the huge sofa that takes up an entire wall – it's one of the brand's custom furniture pieces. Modular furniture is key for maximizing space and functionality inside small dwellings. In addition to being a generous seating option, this sofa can be converted into an extra bed while also providing ample storage in its integrated drawers. It's simply a must-have item in any space-restricted living arrangement.

The dark green feature wall, framing a beautiful panoramic window, is one of those clever touches with a powerful effect. It adds visual depth to a space that is already generously sized, making it even more inviting. Although big, the sofa leaves enough room for a complete living room setup or any other type of additional storage, depending on the customers' preferences. This would also be an ideal guest room – much more comfortable than the usual solutions we see with tiny houses, some of which don't even have room for any additional accommodation.

The room underneath this boho-chic, elevated lounge is by no means a main-floor bedroom in the true sense of the word. It's a tight, isolated spot with enough room for a comfy bed and nothing else. Storage is prevalent since the bed comes with hidden storage, and the staircase also provides easy-to-reach and different-sized drawers. It's not exactly a lavish main-floor bedroom, but it works, and it certainly adds functionality to a rather compact house.

The choice of a split staircase instead of a staircase and a ladder is another advantage. It makes for a much more comfortable access solution and adds elegance to the interior design. This was only possible because there was no standard main-floor living room that would have taken up a great deal of space. It also translates to double storage, which is always a plus. Last but not least, it makes it easier to go from the elevated lounge to the loft bedroom and vice versa, instead of the usual solutions that keep them entirely separate and isolated.

The loft bedroom can truly be considered Oregano Tiny’s master bedroom. It's wide and open, fitted with beautiful carpeting and two large windows that make it extra bright. A floor-to-ceiling railing with woven rope doubles as a decorative element and helps keep the view unobstructed. An all-white color palette and farmhouse-style shiplap walls create a sense of tranquility that's ideal for rest.

The split staircase design is also convenient for the kitchen, where storage abounds. Cupboards, drawers, overhead cabinets, and staircase drawers provide different sizes and depths for optimal storage. Although compact, this kitchen boasts enough floor space for quick dining setups. If you look closely, you'll spot the dining chairs folded neatly within the ceiling beams. In just a few seconds, the owners can set up a dinner corner and then leave the floor area uncluttered for the rest of the time.

Storage was also added to the bathroom, where a color-matching slim and tall cabinet takes center stage. The basics include a shower, a conventional toilet, and a sizeable vanity.

A minimalistic, grey-and-white color palette highlights this home's sense of peace and harmony that's very inviting. It also creates a beautiful contrast to the dark green accents inspired by the home's exterior façade. With Mobi House models, style and aesthetics are never left on the back burner. Despite its modest length, the Mobi Individual Oregano can easily sleep up to six people, which makes it a great family home or a homely vacation rental.
