It is Code Orange for the Ford Bronco. FoMoCo has just revealed the package for the 2024 model, which is now getting some extra visual flair. Code Orange brings contrasting orange accents inside out. Also, two more paint options are available in the lineup.
It is the Ford Bronco’s 58th birthday, without the 25-year gap between the fifth and the sixth generation. And the company is celebrating it the right way. The new Code Orange package is what the name suggests. A styling package which includes orange details. The cars which are Orange-ified receive tow hooks and headlock rings finished in the same orange shade. Meanwhile, the rear doors, fenders, and windows get a digital graphic showing a checkered flag.

Apparently, there is not that much orange on board, though. There are no official photos of the cabin released yet. But Ford mentions orange seatbelts over a Black Onyx or blue interior. And that's pretty much it.

For more customization, Ford will bring paint-matched fenders next year. Furthermore, new green and blue paint options are available. Velocity Blue was previously offered as standard paintwork for the Bronco and Bronco Sport, and it now joins the Raptor lineup. So does Shelter Green, a reminiscence of Ford’s history of building off-road vehicles for the US Army during World War II.

For those who do not want to spend a fortune on the Bronco Raptor, Ford comes up with upgrades for the trims at the base of the lineup as well. For instance, the entry-level Bronco is getting the 12.0-inch screen as standard, as Ford has decided to drop the 8.0-inch unit. Also standard is now the Sync 4 system.

It is part of a move to shorten manufacturing time. Putting this display in the base version reduces the number of equipment combinations and lowers production complexity.

They have done a similar move with the Badlands trim, which now comes standard with the upgraded modular front bumper. The Everglades trim is back in the lineup, and there are new 17-inch wheel options from Ford Performance as well.

The carmaker thus reduces waiting times, an annoying issue the Bronco customers have been dealing with since the arrival of the sixth generation in 2021, following a 25-year hiatus.

Those who want to drive home a Ford Bronco Raptor Code Orange will have to place orders starting August 16. That is when Ford will announce the pricing for the Ford Bronco Raptor Code Orange.

The four-door Ford Bronco Sport currently starts at $31,230, while the two-door example kicks off at #34,890. Things get different when it comes to the Bronco Raptor with the 3.0-liter V8 that delivers 418 horsepower and 440 lb-ft. It is almost three times more expensive at $86,580.
