Vorsteiner has entered our news feed again, this time with a visual upgrade package aimed at the Lamborghini Urus. Rather strangely, the American tuner (yep, despite the German name, they are American) chose to ignore the S and Performante variants that are part of the mid-cycle refresh, launching the add-ons for the pre-facelifted iteration.
Between us, the Lamborghini Urus doesn't really need any added bits and bobs to stand out, as it is already very flashy straight from the factory. And Vorsteiner's latest proposal doesn't do justice to it. In fact, the tuned super crossover looks like something that bears the signature of Mansory, and that's never a compliment.

Are you fans of the air ducts below the headlamps? That would be $1,995, thank you very much. The new vented hood will set you back another $11,995, the tuner's official website reveals. The aero side blades cost $7,995, and for the roof-mounted spoiler, you'll have to cough out another $4,295. The rear diffuser and rear air ducts cost $7,995 and $1,795, respectively, and for the large front spoiler, you're looking at $6,995.

Curious about the fender flares that make it look much wider than stock? They will cost you $6,995. The canards mounted on the front bumper have a retail price of $1,695, and the small spoiler attached to the tailgate costs $2,795. Don't open the calculator app because we already did the math for you, and these add-ons cost $54,559. That's before factoring in the installation and painting, in all likelihood. Do you know what else costs roughly the same? A new BMW M2, which has an MSRP of $62,200.

To achieve the full look of the pictured Urus, you will also have to go for a set of aftermarket wheels. The offer is varied and comprises eight different sets. Seven of them start at $12,380 per set, and for the eighth one, you're looking at $13,180. So, that's more than a new M2, and realistically speaking, it's probably about as much as an M3, which kicks off at $76,000 in our market.

There is no power boost on the menu here, as the twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8 remains untouched by Vorsteiner's wand. But that's all right, as the Lamborghini Urus is still a super crossover, one that can do the 0-62 mph (0-100 kph) in 3.6 seconds without any aftermarket aids. The top speed is 190 mph (305 kph), and it enjoys 641 hp (650 ps/478 kW) and 627 lb-ft (850 Nm). The output is available at 6,000 rpm, and the thrust from 2,250 to 4,500 rpm. So, has the tuner convinced you to spend your hard-earned cash on these visual updates for the Urus, or would you keep yours bone stock?
