We don't hate Mansory's latest project, this gold-looking Lamborghini Urus, but we certainly don't love it either. And if we had to choose a color for our Sant'Agata Bolognese-made super crossover, we'd probably get a Mercedes-AMG G 63 and call it a day.
You may agree to disagree and school us on the fact that the G-Wagen is a body-on-frame SUV, whereas the Urus is a re-bodied Volkswagen Touareg with chassis enhancements, uprated brakes, a different interior, and a serious twin-turbo V8 engine under the hood. But we already knew that, so let's move on to this questionable gold copy instead.

Images of it made their way to Mansory's social media accounts recently to put the spotlight on the new wheel design. The 10x24-inch front and 12.5x24-inch rear alloys would be more suitable for the Rolls-Royce Cullinan or the Urus' British cousin, the Bentley Bentayga, but the tuner thought it's ideal for the high-riding Lambo. As for the thing that makes it stand out like a sore thumb, it is the overall gold look, which wasn't mentioned by Mansory at all.

Elsewhere, this Lamborghini Urus features a wide-body kit. It comes with fender attachments, all sorts of add-ons at the front and rear, including the large apron with side blades and multi-fin diffuser, a pair of spoilers above and below the rear windscreen, a new hood, sportier side skirts, and a few other things that contribute to the bold stance of this otherwise very potent vehicle.

Partially visible in the pictures shared by Mansory, the interior has a white look to it, with fine leather wrapped around most touchable components. It has a few carbon fiber elements, and the tuner's logo proudly adorns different parts of the cabin, including the steering wheel that features a twelve o'clock marker, seatbelts, and headrests.

Remember how we said potent vehicle earlier in this story? Well, it truly is that, especially with the healthy power boost signed by Mansory. The tuner says this Urus has up to 887 hp (900 ps/662 kW) and 811 lb-ft (1,100 Nm) of torque to play with, so it is even more agile than the stock one. We cannot put our finger on the exact straight-line sprint time or the top speed because they haven't released them.

What we can tell you is that the pre-facelifted Urus takes 3.6 seconds from zero to 62 mph (0 to 100 kph) and has a top speed of 190 miles per hour (305 kph). The engine is a twin-turbocharged 4.0-liter V8 that develops 641 hp (650 ps/478 kW) at 6,000 rpm and has 627 lb-ft (850 Nm) of torque between 2,250 and 4,500 rpm. So, what's your take on this tuned Lamborghini Urus? Is it a yay or a nay in your book?
