Step inside what might actually be everybody's ideal home on wheels. This fresh model coming from Europe has something for everyone, starting with generous accommodation and ending with an adorable built-in balcony.
Mobi Individual Teak is the latest design introduced by the popular tiny house brand Mobi House, and it's as spectacular on the inside as it is on the outside. If it seems absolutely huge, it's thanks to the ingenious additions – a built-in balcony and an optional spacious deck. These two elements are enough to make this dwelling feel more like a mansion on wheels, also enhancing the much-appreciated indoor-outdoor flow.

The balcony with tall metal railings was cleverly integrated instead of a second loft. It's a wonderful way to spend more time outdoors without leaving the comfort of one's home, and it’s a versatile space. An oversized window separates it from the rest of the house – another clever solution that doesn't obstruct the view, creating an uninterrupted line of sight. Plus, it doubles as an oversized window for the entire main floor, bathing it in natural light.

An openwork staircase connects the balcony to the downstairs area, and it's part of a split staircase. The split staircase is a beautiful feature in itself. The vertical window in the center, framed by discrete handrails with LED lighting, looks almost like a work of art. As you'd expect, functionality is also the focus here, with the staircase providing ample hidden storage.

Right underneath the openwork staircase, a surprisingly elegant living area invites guests to stop for a moment and relax. It's all about the huge L-shaped sofa, perfectly tucked in under the stairs. This private setup makes it even cozier. Once again, there's an emphasis on hidden storage that doesn't take any extra room. Plus, the beautiful sofa is also convertible, which means it can provide accommodation for two more people.

Speaking of accommodation, the Mobi Individual Teak integrates what many would consider the perfect solution. It comes with both a main-floor bedroom and a loft one. Together with the convertible sofa, this layout ensures comfortable sleeping arrangements for up to six people, which is huge for a dwelling that's only 7.8 meters long (25.5 feet).

Everybody loves a main-floor bedroom, and this one is worth falling in love with. Even though it's not very big, it easily fits a comfy bed, and the large horizontal window brings in lots of natural light. An ornate wooden door keeps it perfectly enclosed and separate from the rest of the house, which is key for a good night's sleep and adequate privacy.

As for the loft bedroom, it also features some key qualities. A queen-sized bed is strategically framed by windows at both ends for cross-ventilation and the best views. The floor is fitted with plush grey carpeting, and a wooden slatted protection wall adds safety and privacy.

Mobi Individual Teak doesn't boast a big kitchen, but it compensates through the use of premium materials and appliances. Despite the size limitations, this adorable kitchen comes with all the basics, including an induction stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, and a range hood. Storage is provided by a few cabinets and the built-in staircase drawers. There's enough counter space to prepare meals comfortably, and a large front window brings the outdoors in.

Another sliding door reveals the bathroom, located at the opposite end of the house. In addition to the standard shower cubicle, toilet, and vanity, this compact bathroom ingeniously integrates a mirrored cabinet and a large closet that houses the boiler.

Beauty is in the details, and Mobi Individual Teak is packed with wonderful details. For instance, a tiny but functional hallway partially separates the kitchen from the living area, creating the illusion of separate spaces without obstructing the view. It's a great little place to store coats and shoes and the perfect complement to the home's large, elegant main doors made of glass.

Style-wise, this fresh model is full of personality. Vivid green and black accents add visual interest and a lively atmosphere. The special mix of colors makes Mobi Individual Teak instantly recognizable – the black-framed windows and green inserts stand out from a distance.

Inside, the theme is continued throughout, with the use of green and white furniture, black fixtures, and natural-colored wood accents. The farmhouse-style white walls frame everything beautifully. In the bathroom, the Spanish tile pattern in black and white adds a sophisticated layer.

Mobi Individual Teak wasn't meant just to please the eye but also to provide top comfort levels. Apart from integrating premium appliances, this also means keeping a cozy atmosphere year-round. The Mobi House team equipped it with heating mats, a radiator, and an air conditioning system that also doubles as a heater.

Any time of the year, that lovely balcony is sure to become a favorite spot. It's like having an extra deck with the perfect view and the added perk of privacy. At the same time, this luxurious addition doesn't take away from the home's generous accommodation capacity. The rare layout with both a main-floor bedroom and an upstairs bedroom is likely to please even tiny living skeptics.
