Introduced in 2021, the second-generation Infiniti QX60 has now entered the 2024 model year. The first units of the crossover will arrive at dealers nationwide later this month, and it is pricier across the range compared to its predecessor. Does that sound like added gear? Not quite, because there's nothing new, apparently.
The family comprises the same four trim levels. These are called the Pure, Luxe, Sensory, and Autographs. Pricing starts at $49,650 for the entry-level, which is $450 more than before. This model comes with 18-inch alloys, leather-appointed seats for the first and second rows, heated front seats, an electric tailgate, a wireless charging pad, a panoramic moonroof, and a 12.3-inch infotainment system with smartphone integration.

For the previous Infiniti QX60 Luxe, customers had to pay at least $55,250. This model now starts at $55,700, and choosing it means getting 20-inch wheels, silver roof rails, ventilated front seats, silver metallic weave trim, remote engine start, 12.3-inch digital dials, and ProPilot Assist with Navi-link. The QX60 Sensory starts at $59,050, $450 more than before, and brings heated second-row seats, massaging front seats, ambient lighting, a Bose premium sound system, backlit kickplates, wood trim, leather-wrapped steering wheel, and motion-activated liftgate.

Nissan's premium car marque says the Autograph continues to top the QX60 family, at $59,050. This version is $600 more expensive and features additional gear. Here, Infiniti mentions stuff such as the 10.8-inch head-up display, second-row captain-s chairs separated by a removable center console, semi-aniline leather upholstery with quilting for the first and second rows, contrast stitching, a black obsidian roof, and a camera-based smart rearview mirror. All prices exclude the $1,195 destination and handling charge, as well as dealer fees.

All versions of the 2024 Infiniti QX60 are equipped with numerous safety gizmos, including lane departure warning, blind spot warning, rear automatic braking, high-beam assist, and forward emergency braking with pedestrian detection. Moreover, the model is accompanied by the Infiniti Premium Care, a maintenance program meant to enhance customer satisfaction with up to three years of inspections, oil changes, and tire rotations.

No matter which trim level one opts for, they will have to settle for the same engine. This is a 3.5-liter V6 making 295 horsepower (299 ps/220 kW) at 6,400 rpm and 270 pound-feet (366 Nm) of torque at 4,800 rpm. The output and thrust are directed to the front wheels via a nine-speed automatic transmission with paddle shifters. Nonetheless, all versions of the car are available with the brand's all-wheel drive system, which is a $2,000 option across the range. All-wheel drive models can tow up to 6,000 pounds (2,722 kg). The EPA-estimated fuel economy stands at 21 mpg in the city, 26 mpg on the highway, and 23 mpg combined (11.2/9.1/10.2 l/100 km).
