Can you guess the tuner behind this modified Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance? Why, of course, you can. After all, there aren't many companies out there that can ruin the looks of most high-end machines.
If you can't tell just by looking at the pics shared above, it is Mansory we're talking about. The controversial tuner has added the mighty Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance to its portfolio, and it has upgraded the heck out of it.
Without saying what exactly they did to the powertrain, Mansory claims it has 880 ps (868 hp/647 kW) and 1,490 Nm (1,099 lb-ft) of torque on tap. This results in the 0-100 kph (0-62 mph) taking only 2.8 seconds and a top speed of 320 kph (199 mph).
Where does the extra oomph put it compared to the stock model? Well, it makes it half a second faster. The standard S 63 E Performance has a top speed that's been electronically limited to 250 kilometers per hour (155 mph), and its bi-turbo 4.0-liter V8 aided by an electric motor mounted at the rear produces a combined 802 ps (791 hp/590 kW) and 1,430 Nm (1,055 lb-ft).

Mind you, the boost is not that significant at all, so we'd take Mansory's new alleged performance with a grain of salt. That said, let's move on to the visual bits, which are quite a few. The makeover comprises a new vented hood, some added side trim, additional bits at the front, sides, and rear, and a set of aftermarket wheels. The latter are from the tuner's FD.15 series and kind of send Maybach vibes.
With the new diffuser, pair of spoilers at the rear, front apron, and additional other bits and pieces that were signed by Mansory, this Mercedes-AMG S 63 E Performance is certainly on the flashy side of things. If anything, it would have looked way better if it was left bone stock, but that's not how this tuner operates.
Fortunately, it appears that the interior hasn't been modified, considering that there were zero images of it at the time of writing. Of course, we could be wrong, as Mansory tends to leave its signature on the entire upholstery of its projects, sprinkling the steering wheel, headrests, seatbelts, and other components with its logo.
This is either a demo car or one that has been commissioned by one of the tuner's clients. But if you want your S 63 E Performance to look like this, then you should reach out to Mansory.
