Over the last few years, Polish shipbuilder Sunreef Yachts has focused on developing environmentally friendly yachting solutions for forward-thinking owners looking to fully embrace a sustainable yachting lifestyle. The latest addition to their growing fleet of green vessels is the Sunreef 77 Ultima, a luxurious power catamaran fit for those who want to make sustainability more central to their cruising experience.
Engineered to deliver the optimal mix of comfort, speed, and eco-friendliness, the newest addition to the Ultima range of luxury hybrid catamarans boasts an advanced design that enhances performance and energy efficiency. The 77-foot vessel's sleek and sporty hull is designed to reduce drag, while the shallow draft ensures easy access to any marina.

"We now have the ultimate hull shape for all those who are looking to enjoy quick getaways in speed, comfort, and style. To achieve this, we combined the best of the multihull and monohull design philosophy," commented Francis Lapp, Sunreef's founder and president.

The versatile and dynamic catamaran promises to provide the most demanding owners with an outstanding yachting experience focused on sustainability and comfort. To that end, the Polish yacht builder equipped the 77 Ultima with the latest green tech, including a cutting-edge diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system and a generous living space of 304 square meters (3,272 square feet).

Following in the footsteps of its sisterships in the Ultima range (the 44, 55, 66, and 88 models), the newcomer also boasts the yard's signature "solar skin" system that comprises solar panels built not only into its bimini roof but also into the hulls, superstructure, and bow terrace to provide clean energy on board, as well as custom batteries that Sunreef claims are 30 percent lighter than other units commonly used in the maritime industry.

The modern, slim silhouette is designed for agility, minimal drag, and aerodynamics, and the 77 Ultima can also be fitted with computer-controlled hydrofoils to fly over the waves.

In terms of amenities, one of the highlights of the new Sunreef is the sprawling aft deck that features fold-out bulwarks and has double functionality, acting as both a jet ski garage and a giant sun pad.

Similarly impressive is the flybridge, which houses a vast relaxation space with a Jacuzzi and plenty of lounges. Another great spot for relaxation is on the foredeck, where guests can take in the spectacular ocean views on two giant sunbeds.

For the interior, the yard offers prospective customers total creative freedom, as it can be customized to fit their needs and lifestyle. With a beam of 8.2 meters (27 feet), the cat boasts generous living quarters. In total, it can accommodate up to ten guests across five cabins, with a spectacular full-beam owner's suite that stretches between the two hulls and is fitted with a walkaround queen bed, a sitting area, and a large en-suite bathroom. Each hull will house two guest cabins plus crew cabins aft.

With their shallow draft, sleek, energy-efficient hulls, and green credentials, the yachts in Sunreef's Ultima range are designed for sustainable luxury cruising, representing a breath of fresh air in today's yachting world.
