The all-new SEAT Ibiza hasn't received any media attention since its launch, which is rather strange. It's based on the same MQB A0 platform as the Polo yet people don't seem to want one.
Sure, there were some build quality issues at first, but nothing serious. We think the real problem is that SEAT forgot how to set up a fun car. And once you've bought the thing, there's nothing you can do with it. Sure, the 1.5 TSI can make a lot of power, but nobody buys that thing.

We need a body kit, and the rare companies that specialize in SEAT have ignored the Ibiza, so we took to Google and found something ourselves. This is from a company called Lenzdesign that sells body kits and... snorkels(??).

The mouthpiece they constructed for the FJ Cruiser is pretty cool, but we're just here for the Spanish hatchback, which gets a mix of familiar ground effects, which can be ordered individually or as a pack.

The side skirts are $220, and you can have some rear wings for $55, which is pretty cheap. The front spoiler stands out the most and can be yours for $220. Or you could save some money and have the whole thing for $500, trunk wing included. Lenzdesign is not giving us a cut of the sales or anything. We just know there aren't any body kits for the Ibiza 6F out there, and you SEAT owners are itching to get the spanners out.

The photo gallery shows how the kit would look in a contrasting color or with big wheels. There's even an all-black model with copper accents referencing the Cupra look. Speaking of which, where is the Cupra Ibiza? We had a concept and everything, not to mention it only needs the Polo GTI's engine and gearbox.

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
