No one really knows what will happen with Jaguar, considering the recent reports about canceled orders, closed dealerships, and the abandoned My Jaguar portal. But, on the other hand, one thing is for sure: its Land Rover sibling is thriving across all major regions.
Back in March, the company announced a trio of novelties – all perched at the top of the range. First, the arrival of the $169k Range Rover Sport Park City Edition with just seven units, the PHEV powertrain under the hood and filled with unique SV design details, was announced for the United States market. Secondly, the Range Rover House also reached Canada with the equally exclusive – just eight vehicles - Range Rover SV Arete Edition offered as a long-wheelbase model with the 606-hp twin-turbo V8 MHEV engine under the hood.

Thirdly, most regions worldwide will see fans ready to welcome the pinnacle of the current Land Rover Defender generation – it's not SVR anymore but Defender OCTA from now on. The first teaser also revealed some juicy details as the flagship SUV will arrive with a twin-turbo V8 under the hood and, for the first time, will also take advantage of the company's 6D Dynamics air suspension, which features hydraulic interlinked technology with an innovative pitch and roll control system.

Next up, at least for the United Kingdom and the Land Down Under, where everyone drives 'on the wrong side of the road' and has the steering wheel on the right, Land Rover has introduced the new Range Rover Sport Stealth Pack option. It's available from AUD 17,850 ($11,775 at the current exchange rate) or £11,235 ($14,227) at home in the UK and offers "a carefully curated combination of dark and dramatic finishes." Those include the Carpathian Grey Satin paintjob with contrasting gloss Narvik black accents mixed with Ebony or Light Cloud perforated Windsor Leather for the cockpit.

The automaker also bundles the option pack with a Satin Protective Film for the first time, "a factory-fitted, solvent-free option which offers a rich and contemporary satin finish as well as scratch protection." There are also 23-inch Gloss Black wheels along with black brake calipers, privacy glass, and a Narvik Black Gloss contrast roof. Inside, the 11.4-inch touchscreen features the latest InControl infotainment system version. However, as always, there's a catch. More precisely, the new Stealth Pack option is exclusively available only with the Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE.

Customers can choose from among all six-cylinder 48V mild-hybrid Ingenium petrol and diesel engines. Plus, the plug-in hybrid P460e and P550e options will arrive later this year in the UK, and in Australia, Land Rover will offer the 2025 Range Rover Sport Dynamic SE D250 starting at AUD 146k (over $96k) from September 2024.
