Australian automaker Holden has unveiled the VF Commodore SS V show car just two days ahead of the vehicle's international debut as the Chevrolet SS.
Painted in a striking Fantale orange color, the SS V has a wider body kit than its luxury counterpart unveiled last week, and comes with several aggressive touches, such as blackened air intake and 20inch 5-twin-spoked alloy wheels, a prominent hood with center crease, narrower front grille, and quad-pipe exhausts.
Engine specs are not yet available, though a V8 is mandatory, but Holden says the car will come with a 6-speed manual gearbox and Brembo breakes.
Interior highlights feature an all-new instrument panel with high-resolution Holden MyLink infotainment system, LCD Driver Information Display, new sport seats, high-quality leather and suede with twin-needle stitching and "ice blue" ambient lighting.
Now let's see that Chevy SS on February 16 and some Australian goodies next week, when the Ute and Sportwagon version will be unveiled.
