The Tesla Cybertruck returned to the spotlight after the handover event that took place on November 30 at Giga Texas, and people went online to express either admiration or amusement at the looks of the electric pickup truck.
It is obvious that uninanimity is not option. It is a free world in terms of expression, too. And the Tesla Cybertruck is one controversial model. Since the moment it was unveiled back in November 2019 as a prototype and it drove out of the stage with the windows on the driver's side smashed to pieces, everyone wanted a piece of it, everyone had an opinion on it, everyone laughed or made interjections of admirations when seeing it. It had the looks, the estimated capabilities, the huge expectations that turned it into the talk of the town/world.

Right now, more than ever, people post hilarious comments to show that they like or mostly, that they don’t. Elon Musk couldn’t care less. Reservations are pouring in and Giga Texas has to seriously ramp up production to try to catch up with the demand. Still, it is not going to happen any time soon, since there are years-long expectations time for those who placed a firm order for the Cybertruck.

"It is a paper holder?" Luiz G. asks on Facebook. "Take it up to space and leave it there!" is Mike T.’s recommendation with reference to Elon Musk's own Tesla Roadster, which has been wandering through space since in February 2018. Elon Musk showed up wearing a T-shirt that reads "Occupy Mars," while the Cybertruck is advertised on social media as being "built for any planet." "Yes, but not for this one," Sandy B. contradicts the carmaker.

People are also slamming the pickup truck for losing range along the way and coming with 30 percent less than originally advertised. Watching the drag race in which the Tesla Cybertruck tows a Porsche 911 on a trailer while racing another Porsche 911, Andrew R. laughs at the range figures: "And then the Tesla needed to charge and the Porsche carried on for 300 miles+."

"Looks like a fancy trash bin," Daniel T. claims, while ZZ calls the vehicle a "refrigerator on wheels." There are people who ask questions about the electric truck passing the pedestrian safety tests with all the rough edges and angular design that it rolls off the production line with. "My five-year old draws like that on a bad day," says Monica, posting a photo of her son drawing horses that look like Cybertrucks.

"How to peel a bad potato," someone comments after watching a review of the Cybertruck on the Carlow YouTube channel. "The car is the ugliest monstrosity I’ve ever seen. Wouldn’t want to be caught dead in it," Alex K. says.

"Congratulations on the ugliest car before Multipla," Rene D. writes, reminding everyone that the Fiat was named "the ugliest car of all time" back in 2014.

Of course, it's not only hate, hate, hate online when it comes to the Cybertruck. There are people who refer to is as "amazing," "gorgeous," "fabulous," "futuristic," and say they can't wait to get their hands on it.
