Porsche dealers have started taking delivery of the 2018 911 GT2 RS and we're here to show you the first example to have landed on Dutch soil.
This unit of the 700 hp supercar seems to be dressed in Guards Red, with the car packing the scale-friendly Weissach Package.
We're looking at a set of goodies that brings the weight down by around 30 kilos. This includes CFRP (Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymer) and titanium elements. For instance, the anti-roll bars, the coupling bars and the roof come in carbon. Oh, and we mustn't forget the Magnesium wheels.
Other goodies on the car involve the all-LED headlights, which come with black inner graphics, matching the dark elements on the car. As for the cabin, this is where we find the full bucket seats, which are shared with the 918 Spyder.
And while this Neunelfer can cost up to three times less than the gas-electric hypercar, the rear-engined machine can one-up the halo car on the track.
For example, the 918 needs 6:57 to lap the Green Hell, while the GT2 RS can complete the task a full ten seconds quicker (you can probably park the car and get yourself a beer in that time).
While Dutch Neunelfer fans can feast their eyes on this red devil, we can't say the same about those willing to spot the Rennsport Neunelfer on London or Monaco.
You see, we've shown you the first examples of the beast that have reached the said supercar world capitals and yet both came in black. Nevertheless, as is the case with this car, those animals will keep purists happy, since they come with the Weissach pack.
We can't wait to come across new examples of the 2018 GT2 RS, so we can share these with you. For one thing, it shouldn't take all that long until the first wrapped examples of the supercar show up.
