This sexy looking concept car is Citroen's way of thanking Geneva, a gentle nod to the Swiss and their way of live. For a country that's so neutral and peaceful, the C1 Swiss & Me concept is aggressive and flamboyant.
The Swiss & Me looks like what we'd imagine a C1 VTS would if Citroen would finally decide to bring small, cheap hot hatches. Wide wheel arches demand respect and do a good job of covering big wheels and tires.

That's not all. Round the back, there's a central exhaust pipe which looks suspiciously like something off a Peugeot 208 GTI and other hot cars from PSA.

In case you didn't realize this already, this is a concept based on a brand new C1 A-segment hatchback, which is also coming to the Geneva Motor Show this year. Based on a platform co-developed with Toyota, the C1 is a featherweight car weighing from under 900 kilograms.

Besides shape, the Swiss & Me also has color, plenty of it in fact. Looking like one of those foldable army knives, a two-tone effect combining the red and white of the Swiss flag have been used.

"Geneva is an emblematic city, considered as one of the world’s most liveable. It is also the perfect setting for a new model that takes a playful approach to the constraints of urban motoring. The concept car also emphasises the on-road performance of the new Citroen C1 with wing extensions and a fixed side member, large wheels and a central tailpipe on the rear bumper," Citroen says about its nod to Geneva.

To sum it all up, like a Swiss banker, the car beautiful, strong, elegant and has the potential to be fast. Why can't we buy it yet?
