Buy three, get one free. Tag a friend and pay half the price. Who doesn’t like bargains? Even millionaires are suckers for a good deal, and this is what McLaren and Ehrlich Yanai Rhee Chaney Architects are betting on.
Granted, this isn’t the kind of bargains us common folk are used to, but the principle is the same. Several units are available at the new Pendry Residences West Hollywood in Los Angeles, California, including a $16 million two-story penthouse called Terrace Estate, and the future owner can get a 5-unit supercar garage upon acquisition.

According to The Robb Report, the deal is available for both the $16 million penthouse and the other units, which presumably means they’re priced the same. Once the deal is signed on the house, McLaren offers a 5-vehicle custom garage on the premises. The bad news is that no, it doesn’t come with cars in it.

The good news is that it comes with a one-year lease for the brand new McLaren 765LT, all 765 units of which are already sold out in North America. If that’s not enough for picky millionaires, maybe the thought that McLaren is throwing in a free, electric McLaren Senna for kids would do it.

The same media outlet notes that the garage, called The Showroom, can be customized with EYRC Architects to be turned into just that, a showroom for the owner’s private collection. For maximum privacy, there’s a private elevator that connects the garage to the actual home.

In addition to that, all units at the Pendry Residences come with generous outdoor decks, gourmet chefs kitchens, access to pools and spas, excellent views of Los Angeles and only the most luxurious finishes throughout. All that – in addition to the supercar garage – is instantly accessible to the discerning owner with $16+ million to spare.
