With just a few hours left before the official debut of the Renault Twingo on Twitter, an alleged photos has emerged online, showing not only the Renault city car, but also its rival from Peugeot.
The photo appeared on French forum Worldscoop, with users saying it's from the next issue of AutoBild magazine, which will also show the BMW 2 Series Active Tourer. Getting back to the French cars, the shots could be renderings, or they could be AutoBild's studio images. We just don't know. But the Twingo really will look like this.

The engine in the Twingo will indeed be the 0.9 TCe 90 from the Clip / Captur / Sandero / Logan. However, it will be tilted by 45 degrees around its axis to make it fit better under the trunk of the car. The block will also be turned into a naturally aspirated version with 75 hp. According to planetrenault, the rear hatch will be a fully glazed piece bolted directly to a smaller metal frame.
