Mobi House is not only one of the most prolific tiny house builders worldwide but also one that's known for its Scandinavian-inspired creations that maximize functionality while adding a modern-rustic touch. The Zinnia-Begonia tiny takes this to the next level by creating a whimsical ambiance for ultimate comfort.
Most Mobi House builds are instantly recognizable due to the colorful, vibrant exteriors matching their nature-inspired names. The Zinnia-Begonia is different. Like a true example of Scandinavian minimalism, it prefers to highlight the beauty of natural wood and stick to a simple, neutral color palette. However, this doesn't mean that this particular Mobi House won't easily stand out in the crowd. It's the windows that play a key role, mainly the big, round window at the back and the extra-tall, narrow window opposite the main entry.

Instead of flashy colors, the Zinnia-Begonia Tiny uses these architectural elements to create a special ambiance. It instantly feels more like a magical haven in the woods than a typical house on wheels. A glass door connects this whimsical interior to the outdoors and creates the visual illusion of a much wider space despite the home's petite length of no more than six meters (19.6 feet). Wooden homes on wheels under 20 feet typically recreate the cozy, somewhat isolated atmosphere inside traditional cabins, but the Zinnia-Begonia is different.

As soon as you step inside, you'll be welcomed into an unusually bright and airy living room area, considering the overall dimensions. In addition to the glass main door, the oversized vertical window and the maritime-inspired circular window delight guests with the most beautiful views, keeping them connected with the natural surroundings. To make this spot even more comfortable, a lovely rocking chair accompanies the custom-made convertible sofa. No extra floor space was needed for that since the rocking chair hangs from the ceiling and almost seems to flow inside this magical space.

As always, this brand's designs are all about maximum efficiency with a keen eye for detail. The overall window design and the hanging rocking chair are enough to add a bohemian, dreamy touch to the living room despite its small surface. At night, this could easily be turned into a comfy guest bedroom. During the day, it's a relaxation oasis that's big and cozy enough for everyone.

The kitchen was also designed to increase functionality. One side is equipped for cooking and easy storage, while the countertop on the other side is meant to double as a private, comfortable dining area. It looks more like a dining nook flanked by the staircase with integrated storage on one side and the bathroom door on the other side. A mini fridge was also fitted in here, but there's enough room left for a couple of chairs – folding chairs, to be more exact; they can be stored above the kitchen area when not in use, which is another way to save precious floor space without eliminating important amenities.

The Zinnia-Begonia doesn't limit coziness to its living room area; it also reveals what seems to be a cozy, spacious bedroom upstairs. The traditional bedroom setup includes a two-person bed, nightstands, and a full-length bookcase doubling as a solid safety wall. Big horizontal windows on one side help keep this room luminous and well-ventilated.

For a tiny home under 20 feet, the Zinnia-Begonia flaunts an impressive loft bedroom. Even folks who typically consider lofts too uncomfortable might think otherwise after checking out this room. It offers decent storage, and the full-height protection wall keeps it as private and quiet as you can expect from a tiny house loft. Plus, regular access is not a problem since there's no ladder in sight, only a solid staircase with handrails. Having this type of staircase also means benefitting from additional storage - another space-saving solution.

Downstairs, the typical Mobi House-style bathroom also combines functionality with stylish details that add elegance. The simple color palette with a few black accents and lots of natural wood works great in combination with the abundant natural light coming through a small window.

Even though the loft bedroom is almost hidden behind the safety wall, the Zinnia-Begonia looks and feels remarkably open and airy for a house this size. The clever mix of traditional woodwork and ample glazing is a key element of this home's modern-rustic charm. While functionality was ingeniously integrated into every space, it's the living room that takes center stage with its inviting, bohemian aura. It's almost as if there's no need for an exterior deck: this whimsical lounge is immersed in nature without actually being exposed to the elements.
