Tesla launched new Cybertruck-themed products in its US Shop. The CyberBeer + CyberStein Limited Edition set and the CyberOpener have an obscene price, as expected, but that doesn't mean Cybertruck fans won't flock to buy them. The CyberOpener is already sold out despite the $50 price.
Tesla is not just a car company, many people say, these days, and the EV maker is trying hard to prove this in the most unexpected ways. Sure, there's Tesla, the AI company, and Tesla, the insurance company, not to mention Tesla, the energy company. But Tesla also sells a range of accessories and toys through its Shop that might be or not connected to its signature electric vehicles. At times, the EV maker gets quite creative, as demonstrated recently by the Cybertruck-inspired cat cradle.

The Cybertruck has inspired a wide range of gadgets, toys, and accessories, which is understandable considering the hype surrounding the electric pickup truck. I'd say Tesla produced a lot more of these than the Cybertrucks if I didn't know they're not made by Tesla. It's safe to say, at least judging by how expensive and in-demand these toys are, that the Cybertruck is projected to become Tesla's most successful model so far.

The latest products added to the Tesla Shop are probably targeted at people who tend to drown their sorrow in a glass or two. After waiting all these years (in vain) to have their Cybertruck delivered, it makes sense. The CyberBeer + CyberStein Limited Edition Set is a $150 kit that includes two bottles of Tesla CyberBeer and two matte ceramic beer steins, also inspired by the Cybertruck's shape, hence the name CyberStein.

The beers are German-made, judging by their description, with one bottle of "Helles Lager with European Noble Hops Saaz" and the other "Hallertau Mittlefruh," whatever this means. This makes them similar to the GigaBier that Tesla sold in Europe, although the bottle shape differs. The GigaBier was also Cybertruck-inspired, although there are no plans to sell the electric pickup in Europe, at least none that I know of.

Beer bottles go well with bottle openers, and thankfully, Tesla is also offering a CyberOpener that looks just like a Cybertruck. Despite costing an outrageous $50, this cute bottle opener made of 316L stainless steel is already sold out. If you still want it, you can sign up for updates to know when it's restocked.

These are not the first alcohol-laden merchandise Tesla sells, with the most notorious being Tesla Tequila, launched in 2020. It's now gone from the Tesla Shop, with only the Tesla Sipping Glasses reminding us of its existence. Tesla also tried its hand at other Cybertruck-inspired products, although now all had a happy story.

The CyberQuad for Kids, a toy inspired by the CyberQuad that arrived on stage with the Cybertruck in November 2019, was withdrawn from the market because it was deemed too dangerous. A modified version was recently re-launched in China but not in the US.

The Cybervault, another Cybertruck-inspired product, was hyped in China more than the Cybertruck itself. When it was finally unveiled, it proved to be just a metal box to lock your charger inside. You can still hear the disappointment.
