When Alfa Romeo came up with its first SUV, the Stelvio, little did they know that someone would play around with that so-romantically-called platform, Giorgio, and add 10 feet to it to turn it into a nightclub on wheels. Now, someone else with a strange taste in cars has paid almost $100,000 to buy the SUV stretched into a never-ending limo.
The bizarre model that barely fits in pictures from the side is a 2020 Stelvio. Its life as an SUV, though, must have been quite short. In April 2020, it was already listed as a stretched limousine.

The conversion of the SUV into the ultimate party machine was carried out by Pinnacle Limousine Manufacturing in Hacienda Heights, California. Once they completed the disco on wheels, they asked $99,750 for it. And it was probably love at first sight for someone who paid the money to drive it home. Now, finding a parking spot (or four) for the model won't be a walk in the park.

There is no info regarding the conversion, but from what we can tell, the Stelvio was probably sliced in two. After some cutting and welding, it turned into this peculiar limousine with an extended wheelbase and three more windows on each side. Meanwhile, the front and rear end retain their completely stock design.

Access is made through a gullwing-style door fitted in the middle. Once opened, that door reveals a nightclub-like interior with custom seats and couches in bi-tone leather. Up to 12 people can travel on board.

A new floor covers the original one, and there are strobe lights in flashy colors on the headliner as well. The listing calls that a "disco ceiling." A custom audio system must have replaced the original one.

A fridge for champagne, glasses supports, and several screens are on board. The listing claims that the primary use for the vehicle is weddings. But driving kids to prom or some girls' night out would also be appropriate.

The odometer of this former Stelvio SUV/current limousine reads just 32 miles (51 kilometers), but we have no idea if that's accurate, considering that it is a car that rolled off the assembly line around four years ago. Previous listings of the super-extended-wheelbase Stelvio mentioned around 495 miles (797 kilometers).

Furthermore, no engine rebuild or replacement has been involved. The Stelvio limousine is still powered by the stock 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine that generates 280 horsepower in a front-wheel drive layout. The Stelvio rides on 20-inch custom multi-spoke wheels in a black finish.

A brand-new Stelvio in Alfa White exterior paint, identical to the one on the stretched limo, powered by the exact same turbocharged engine, mated to the eight-speed automatic transmission, starts at $45,795. That's around half of the price of this contraption. The price includes a one-year warranty.
