Skoda has just revealed a teaser of their upcoming Octavia’s interior, their second one. Judging from the picture, it will get the same look and feel as the all-new Volkswagen Golf and the all-new SEAT Leon (all are based on the VW MQB platform), as well as the same level of quality.
Also, with the longer wheelbase of the Octavia, compared to that of the two aforementioned cars, interior space, both for passengers and luggage will be noticeably more ample. The new Skoda Octavia is set to be revealed completely, by the end of the year, yet with the various sets of spyshots we have seen, we already know what it will look like.
We would like to see what the hot vRS version of the Octavia will look like, though, as its angular styling would probably bode very will with additional ‘sporty bits’ and the larger rims these cars usually get. When and if it will be made, it will definitely be powered by the same 2.0-liter turbocharged unit used in the Golf GTI, as well as the VW group 2.0-liter TDI diesel, with at least 170 hp.
