Pagani Zonda Goes Absolute

Names like "PS", “Uno”, “Tricolore”, “HH”. “750” and “RAK” have now been joined by “Absolute”. Yes, we’re talking Zonda's one-off models here. And yes, there’s a new one, as Teamspeed reports.

The “Absolute” designation means that the Zonda comes dressed in carbon fiber. However, the vehicle does use some sort of a tanga, in the form of an Italian flag stripe that runs the length of the hypercar. We can’t help spending a few moments contemplating the vehicle’s roof air scoop decorated with the aforementioned stripe.

As you know, owners that are lucky enough to not reason with their financial adviser for the commissioning of a one-off example of the Zonda are taken on a cloud and entered into another world. Once one arrives in the special Pagani universe, the possibilities are virtually unlimited. And when we say that, we’re not referring to eye candy. The thing that really manages to play with every cell in your brain is the multitude of tech pathways available.

In other words, Pagani uses some sort of a LEGO approach, allowing customers to bring the best of many worlds to their future vehicles. OK, this magic kingdom does probably have one rule: the car must stay street legal. And this is where the fun and games begin, as customers, together with Pagani specialist, are entering a quest to find the closest recipe to the Zonda R race car.

This particular example will reportedly be enjoyed by a customer coming from China. However, the tech details are limited, so we can’t know what the beast really packs. We promise to be back with more details as soon as they are available.
