One of the most popular tiny home builders in North America, Teacup Tiny Homes, won the hearts of its customers with The Florence, a wonderful design that quickly became iconic. To this day, The Florence continues to show that high customization and extremely detailed craftsmanship can turn even the smallest living space into a masterpiece.
If a tiny home could be the small-scale version of a fairytale castle, that would be Florence. Its generous space was not used to create a contemporary family home where functionality takes precedence. Instead, it looks and feels more like a romantic nest for a couple who appreciate sophisticated style.

This doesn't make Florence outdated or impractical in any way. On the contrary, every custom-made detail serves a clear purpose. The magical touch is that everything is so well integrated that it feels effortless, allowing the home's exquisite romantic style to shine.

Boasting a 36-foot (10.9 meters) length and a total surface of 355 square feet (33 square meters), Florence feels like a mansion in the world of THOWS (tiny homes on wheels). Yet, it reveals the configuration of a cozy, romantic cocoon that's more about privacy and closeness than accommodating lots of people.

The main floor bedroom is, by far, one of the most spectacular tiny home bedrooms ever designed, with the ambiance of a honeymoon suite. It doesn't just fit in a large bed but offers plenty of walk-around space, a rare luxury when it comes to tiny homes.

The 11-foot (3.3 meters) vaulted meters create a wonderful feeling of spaciousness, instantly elevating the overall style too. This is no ordinary sleeping area. It looks like a royal bedroom right out of a fairytale, with huge windows flooding it with natural light.

What takes it to the next level is the custom cabinetry closet that frames the bed, revealing built-in nightstands. This adds the functionality of a luxury hotel suite while creating a unique visual effect through high contrast. The custom light fixtures, sophisticated color palette, and discrete sliding door add even more elegance to this romantic room.

The transition to the living area is just as smooth. This spacious part of the house exudes the same dreamy vibe as the main bedroom. A large sofa, a modern fireplace, and huge windows for exceptional luminosity turn this into the perfect spot for relaxation and spending time together.

Moving to the kitchen, functionality takes precedence. It's hard to say which custom-designed element in the kitchen is the most impressive. The galley-style countertops and elegant cabinets perfectly integrate premium appliances while offering abundant storage space. The room's perfect symmetry is reflected even in the placement of the contrasting wooden shelves on each side.

The wooden extension of the countertop, with a hidden sliding addition that creates an L-shaped table top, is remarkably versatile. It's primarily intended as the main part of a transitional dining area between the living room and the kitchen.

One of the best parts is that it allows generous seating, another luxury when it comes to compact spaces. It works just as fine as a home office, with plenty of light and comfortable space. Again, the skillful combination of big vertical windows with smaller horizontal ones brings in lots of light while also offering great views.

Even the entryway area is customized in the smallest details, including perfectly-sized shelves for convenient storage. This type of discrete yet generous storage that seems to take up no space at all is one of this brand's trademarks.

Another elegant sliding door leads to the main floor bathroom. This tiny home bathroom is pure luxury in perfect harmony with the romantic main bedroom. The Florence design even comes with three bathroom options, ranging from the Super Standard, which focuses on functionality and ample storage, to the Luxury Bath, with a lavish bathtub and a large vanity, including a make-up desk.

Regular tiny homes often overlook this part of the house, size-wise and especially style-wise. Florence, in turn, brings its unique, glamorous touch even to this room, proving that even THOWS can flaunt bathrooms that feel like luxury spa rooms.

Last but not least, this dreamy abode reveals a loft room above the bathroom area. This could be used as a practical guest bedroom or a spacious storage room for larger items. Each Teacup loft features European laminate flooring, ventilating windows on both sides for cross-ventilation, and safety exit windows. As for the headroom, it varies between 36 and 54 inches (89 to 137 cm).

Despite the appearance of a magical wonderland, even Florence has a major downside – high costs. The high level of customization reflected by this beautiful home, based on numerous upgrades, makes the final price go through the roof. Basic pricing starts at CAD 180,000 ($137,000), but the dreamiest version of Florence would go way beyond that. Castles are never cheap, even the ones on wheels.
