The end to us spending time only in our homes is near, hopefully. Seeing how everyone is just itching to get moving again, I feel it’s time to start bringing to light some of the biggest, best, and most comfortable RVs and campers around.
What we’re looking at today, folks, is none other than one of the biggest and best additions to your life that Heartland RVs has to offer. It’s known as the Landmark, and once you get a feel for all of it, from price to comfort and amenities, you’ll probably start looking into picking one up yourself. Or maybe that’s just me.

If you’ve never heard of Heartland, it’s about time. Looking at the products they offer, we can find campers, RVs, and even toy and utility trailers starting at some unimaginable rates. I was able to find a trailer from them at under $10,000. One that allows you to live your life in it, albeit kind of the bare minimum.

The Landmark, however, is a bit different from the less expensive family members in that its least expensive floorplan starts off with an MSRP of $140,580. That’s nearly the price for a home out in Arizona. Even more so, this RV has five different layouts to choose from, each one more elaborate and spacious than the last.

For the sake of time and energy, we’ll just do a quick run through some of the exterior and interior options available on the most expensive layout, the Lafayette. If you haven’t checked out the gallery yet, do so as you probably won’t be reading any of this after. However, do know that the images in the gallery are of the Landmark base design, and the only way to view the Lafayette interior is to take the 3D virtual tour by clicking here to be magically transported to the manufacturer’s website.

The first things to note about the exterior are the non-wood Azdel laminated sidewalls that also include a slide-out in order to create a larger interior while stationary. The walls of this puppy aren’t just light but able to stand up to some of the nastiest weather out there.

Listen, if I were to go through any more of the details regarding what you’ll find atop this RV, I would literally be filling up more than half of your day with details. Still, I can spare one little more detail: overall, this behemoth comes in with a GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) of 18,000 lbs (8,165 kg) and a cargo capacity of 2,697 lbs (1,223 kg).

As for the inside, this is really where things get a bit out of hand. Just to point a few things out, the interior of this massive trailer is large enough to offer walk-in closets, a king-sized bed, and even something the team calls a “Spa Bath” equipped with solid surface sinks and teak wood seat. The toilet is even made of porcelain with a foot flush to keep everything nice and efficient.

For the kitchen, we find a burner gas cooktop with an oversized oven and even a 30-inch (76-cm) microwave. A single basin kitchen sink is available for washing anything you may need; to store your leftovers, a full-size fridge with water and ice dispenser is also found. Plenty of cabinet space is also available, not only in the kitchen but throughout the entire vehicle.

Let’s see, how much time do we have left? Well, that’s it, folks. But if what we’ve run through isn’t enough to get you to look again, just click the link mentioned earlier and check things out for yourself. At least that way, you won’t be able to say I have influenced your decision to blow the kid’s college fund on this. I do know that they’d love you for it, that’s for sure.
