A Lamborghini Revuelto convoy braving the winding roads and the city streets is a sight to behold. The car has yet to be delivered to the first customers, and seeing it out in the open like that is a wonder. Yet, this is what has just happened in Italy.
The models silently traveled along the Bolognese streets in the city center, turning heads and making people take their phones out to photograph them. A photo shows a Revuelto in Arancio Dac Lucido (orange) in Piazza Maggiore in Bologna. The square seems deserted, as it can only be very early morning.

The cars then took it to the hills of Valdobbiadene and on to the winding roads of Monte Grappa in the Venetian Prealps in Veneto. The journey finished at the Piero Taruffi Vallelunga circuit near Rome.

The cars in the convoy came painted in the most representative colors and sporting the most interesting trims from the available range. The cars were shod with bespoke Potenza Sport tubeless tires, specifically developed by Bridgestone for the model to enhance its capabilities. The cars wore 265/35 ZR20 on the front axle and 345/30 ZR21s at the rear. For the cold and for the areas covered in snow, Bridgestone came up with the Blizzak LM005 tires.

Lamborghini claims that the Revuelto has two beating hearts. It is the 6.5-liter V12 playing the part of the internal combustion engine and working alongside two electric motors, which pretty much adds to three hearts. Two or three, don’t blame it on Mathematics, because physics tells us that this car can accelerate from 0 to 100 kph (0-62 mph) in only 2.5 seconds and hit a top speed of 350 kph (217 mph).

Lamborghini tags it as the first super sports HPEV (High Performance Electrified Vehicle). The numbers that it comes with, together with the torque vectoring and four-wheel drive available in fully electric drive mode make this car easy to live with in the city, along the winding roads, and on the race track.

Being one of the latest creations of the marque headquartered in Sant’Agata Bolognese, the Revuelto has been the star of the show in every single event that it attended. This week, an example stole the spotlight at the grand opening of the new Lamborghini Seattle showroom. The United States remained the world’s top market for the Italian brand. 1,625 cars with the bull badge on the hood were delivered to the US in the first six months of 2023.

The Revuelto also drew attention at the Geneva Motor Show, which was held – as bizarre as it sounds – in the Middle East this October. Qatar toasted the plug-in hybrid supercar, which was there in the company of the “high ground-clearance Ultra GT,” the Lanzador concept car.
