The Jeep Gladiator FarOut Final Edition is the pickup truck's manner of saying goodbye to the European market. The model will be out of production before the end of the year.
Jeep sent the Gladiator to Europe as a diesel version only. But the carmaker is marching towards a completely electric lineup, so there is no room left for the Gladiator. Three more electric models will join the Avenger by 2025.

The model has been on the market since 2021, but it continued a tradition that kept going for decades. It found inspiration in the trucks of the 1980s (the Comanche), but also in the Willys Overland's one-tone pickup truck with four-wheel drive, based on the CJ-2A. Now, the pickup truck is inching closer to the end of sales in Europe and is saying goodbye with the FarOut Final Edition, a month after the same special version became available in the United States. It is already available to order and follows the “go anywhere, do anything” principle.

Jeep claims the FarOut Edition focuses on “premiumness.” Based on the Gladiator Overland, the FarOut Final Edition comes with premium and practical elements, Jeep claims, without compromising the Wrangler-sourced DNA, which brings along the off-roader capabilities and open-air experience.

The version keeps the iconic elements of the Jeep brand, with the seven-slot grille inherited from the Wrangler at the top of the list. The “FarOut Edition” metallic plaque shows up on the tailgate, while there are black freedom decals above the wheel arches.

Deep tint sunscreen glass is standard, and so are the 18-inch wheels granite crystal aluminum wheels in gloss black. The pickup truck is equipped with Mopar black tubular side steps. The body-colour three-piece hardtop and the Mopar hard top headliner are standard.

The model features the usual fully washable interior. There are premium McKinley leather seats with heating function as standard, and so is the heated steering wheel. Customers are also getting the nine-speaker Premium Alpine Audio System, which also integrates a rear subwoofer, LED lights, passive entry, and smoker's group.

Two packs are available for the Jeep Gladiator FarOut Edition: Cargo group includes a lockable Rear Underseat Storage, 400 W inverter and 230 V AC Outlet, while the Dual top group brings a soft top delivered together with the hard top. The options list includes an off-road camera with front and rear view, a roll-up tonneau cover, and a hard tri-fold tonneau cover.

Customers can choose one of the seven exterior paintworks, with the Sarge Green and Hydro Blue being the most head-turning of them.

The 2.9-liter V6 diesel engine delivers 260 horsepower (264 PS) and 443 lb-ft (600 Nm) of torque. The engine is mated with the TorqueFlite 8HP75 eight-speed automatic transmission, which sends resources to both axles.

Potential buyers can order their Jeep Gladiator FarOut at all Jeep dealers and on the brand’s webpage.
