Just three days before Grand Theft Auto 5's 10th anniversary, the "Blast Crew" YouTube channel posted a short episode where Bryan Zampella and Shawn Fonteno star as the main characters. The video, called "Dead Drop," is only 4 minutes and 19 seconds long and has amassed a respectable 18,000 views in a very short time.
Blast Crew is a show with some over-the-top acting, directing, and screenwriting, but not necessarily in a bad way. It's akin to GTA's satirical method of storytelling, where things are exaggerated for viewer impact. Some might even call it a "dramedy," a combination of drama and comedy, but to each their own.

The main star in Blast Crew is Bryan Zampella, who is believed to be the male protagonist in Grand Theft Auto VI. Nothing has been confirmed or denied, not by him nor by Rockstar, but usually, when there's smoke, there's fire.

Bryan has been taunting the internet for years with teasers 100% related to the GTA franchise. In the meantime, he has amassed quite the following on Instagram, with over 26,000 followers and rising.

We're not talking about Kim Kardashian numbers, but the "moral" here is that he's creating a lot of buzz wherever he goes. If you go through his comments, you'll see people supporting and liking his content.

This brings us to the order of the day: Blast Crew, episode Dead Drop. In this video, Bryan Zampella has a surprise guest, the famous Shawn Fonteno, who played one-third of GTA V's trio of protagonists, Franklin Clinton.

With the two of them together, the show is starting to look like a buddy-cop drama with comedic elements that will inevitably lead somewhere strange. If you listen to the final lines from Dead Drop, Zampella's character says, "I haven't figured out everything, but what I do know is that this is the most powerful and dangerous thing that I ever encountered."

This has Uncharted vibes written all over it, but we'll have to wait and see if it was all a bluff. Now for the tin foil hat conspiracy theories!

Seeing Jason (allegedly) and Franklin as a duo on screen could be just another well-planned hint from Zampella regarding Grand Theft Auto VI. At the same time, it could simply mean that two actors, maybe real-life friends, got together and decided to have some fun. Take from this entire thing what you will.

However... if we start seeing Steven Ogg, aka Trevor Philips, and Ned Luke (Michael De Santa) star in future Blast Crew episodes, people (including me) will start to get more and more suspicious.

After all this Bryan Zampella - GTA VI stuff, it would be one of the biggest letdowns in gaming history if it turns out the dude was just riding the popularity wave.
