Bryan Zampella, the alleged GTA VI main character Jason, has cooled off with the social media trolling/not-trolling thing, so GTA Online is back in the limelight. This time, the main theme is July 4, and Rockstar invites players to celebrate Independence Day with style. Now let's see what bonuses await us in Los Santos, one of the most patriotic cities you can find in video games.
One of the first things you need to do is claim the free Vapid Liberator monster truck from Warstock Cache & Carry. Also, don't forget to claim free liveries for the Mobile Operations Center like the Stars & Stripes, Eagle Claw, Eagle Claw Flag, and Fighting Freedom liveries.

Independence Day swag is now 50%-off so you can customize your vehicles, weapons, and fireworks. As a bonus, if you successfully locate the Gun Van, you can buy the Firework Launcher and Musket at a discount.

While you're roaming the streets of Los Santos, remember to take part in the new dynamic event Finders Keepers. Whenever you see gangs transporting goods across town, steal their vehicles and bring them to your owned business.

This is how you replenish some of your Supplies if needed. Don't worry about not owning a business because you can leave the goods at a usual drop-off point, and you'll be rewarded with GTA$ and RP.

Speaking about contraband, once you have procured enough, offload it by land or sea in Smuggler Sell Missions via the Free Trade Shipping Company on your Hangar laptop. Double Rewards are waiting for you throughout July 5. If you need to source a Cargo crate, speak to Rooster inside the Hangar. He'll set you up for a nominal fee, of course.

The San Andreas Mercenaries saga is still in full effect, and this event does nothing but feed fuel to the fire. The S.A. Mercenaries Bonuses Event will have you source and deliver contraband through the Free Trade Shipping Co. and reward you with rare collectibles.

There are four total tasks I'd suggest you complete until July 12. You must buy or own the Operations terminal and Mammoth Thruster Upgrades for the Mammoth Avenger to get the Hinterland Bomber Jacket. Then, sell at least $500,000 worth of Smuggler cargo goods to earn the LS Pounders Cap.

Third, finish all six Project Overthrow Missions, and you'll be rewarded with the Blue & Green Camo livery for your Mammoth Avenger. Finally, successfully finish 3 LSA Operations, and you'll get the Conveyor livery for the V-65 Molotok. The July 12 deadline applies to all four tasks.

In Freemode, look for Business Battle because it will provide you with three times GTA$ and RP all week. You can get a hat as a bonus if you do well enough.

Lastly, in Air Force Zero, you'll protect or attack a heavily armored aircraft en route to its destination, and if you participate, you'll earn Double Rewards.

This is it for this week, folks! Happy 4th of July, and God bless Los Santos. Vice City, too, given that it's probably going to occupy the next ten years of your life when GTA VI arrives.

The jury is still out on the whole Cuba thing, but if that's featured in the game, it is ripe for blessings, mainly because we've already explored a fictional version in Red Dead Redemption 2.
