While the semiconductor shortage might put your Ford Bronco order on hold, your kid might be luckier and get to drive the off-roader before you do.
Have you ever wondered what an electric version of the SUV would look like? Then you might want to consider this mini version of the car, created by Kid Trax, a company that manufactures battery-powered ride-on toys. The mini vehicle is licensed by Ford and promises to offer your kids a realistic ride filled with fun and adventure.

Kid Trax offers four different looks for its ride-on toy car, making the doors and bed cover removable, just like its full-sized counterpart. It comes with working daytime running lights and LED headlights and it accurately replicates the original, paying attention to all the details of the real Ford Bronco.

The toy SUV has a fifth tire, sport bucket seats, functional side mirrors, realistic horn, and engine sounds, to name just a few of its features.

It runs on a 12V battery and the charger is, of course, included in the package. A fake fuel door hides the charging port of the car’s battery.

In order to make the mini Bronco suitable for off-road, backyard adventures, Kid Trax equipped the car with rubber traction strip tires. As far as the in-car entertainment goes, there’s a working FM radio and support for plugging in an MP3 player.

With a functional accelerator, kids can go as fast as 5 mph (8 kph), which is a safe speed that is also entertaining enough for the little drivers.

Kid Trax’s Bronco is a two-rider toy car and according to the company, is suitable for kids aged three to seven.

If we’ve already got your kids all excited about the Kid Trax Bronco, make sure and check out the website for updates, as the company doesn’t offer a specific date for the release of the toy SUV. All we know for now is that it’s “coming soon” and pricing details are yet to be revealed.
