2017 Acura NSX with Fi Exhaust Promises Extreme Scream

Sure, those with an early adopter fetish adore the gas-electric setup of the NSX, but not even they can argue against the rather tame soundtrack of the internal combustion engine that, together with a pair of electric motors, makes up the 573 hp powertrain of the monster hybrid.

Then again, since we're talking about a twin-turbo V6, you can't expect the 3.5-liter mill to sound all that crazy. Or can you?

If we are to listen to what the aftermarket side of the industry has to say, it seems that the new NSX's voice can become quite aggressive.

To be more precise, Fi Exhaust has played with an example of the NSX and we can now zoom in on the first result of the Taiwan-based specialist's work.

The tuner has delivered the piece of footage at the bottom of the page, which allows us to get a sample of the NSX's newfound aural determination. Nevertheless, this is just a revving video, which means we'll have to wait for an acceleration footage to get an idea of what the custom hardware is capable of.

We'll remind you that the NSX we have here is much more than just a demo car for Fi Exhaust. In fact, we talked about this gas-electric supercar last week, when we explained it would become a Liberty Walk machine.

That's right - the Japanese tuner has come up with a widebody kit for the second generation of the Honda/Acura halo car. And, given all the rendering-infused teasing, we can't wait to feast our eyes on the LB Walk NSX.
