One of the sportier versions of the Spyder, the 2014 MY Can-Am Spyder RS has, at its heart, a powerful, liquid-cooled, 998cc, Rotax V-twin powerplant, mated to a five-speed, manual or semiautomatic, transmission, both with reverse, and can produce 100 horsepower and 108 Nm of torque. Successfully combining sporting features with long haul capabilities, thanks to its Vehicle Stability System, the 44 litres of storage, and the sport windshield. Improved performance is ensured by the high-end, Brembo braking system,the Traction Control system, ABS as standard, Dynamic Power Steering and the aerodynamic windshield, as well as the twin-spoked metallic silver front wheels.
