APRILIA RSV4 Factory APRC (2013-2014) Specs, Performance & Photos

In 2009, the Aprilia RSV4 appeared on the market as a replacement model for the Aprilia RSV 1000 R. At first, the bike was offered in RSV4 Factory and RSV4 R limited edition versions, while from 2016, it was provided in RSV4 RR and RSV4 RF versions.

The bike was introduced on February 22, 2008, at the International Piaggio Group Convention in Milan, Italy, and started production in the same year. The bike packed the company's first production four-cylinder engine at its core. Aprilia claimed the engine could generate over 200 hp in race configuration.

In 2013, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer launched the Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC, a sports motorcycle in its fifth year of production, packing the Aprilia Performance Ride Control (APRC) as standard equipment.

The Package included the self-adjusted Aprilia Traction Control (ATC), the Aprilia Wheelie Control (AWC), Aprilia Launch Control (ALC), and Aprilia Quick Shift (AQS), enhancing its overall capabilities.

In the performance department, the 2013 Aprilia RSV4 Factory APRC had its heartbeat set by a 999cc four-stroke liquid-cooled V-4 engine mounted underneath its fairing, delivering an output power of 180 hp at 12,500 rpm and 115 Nm (85 lb-ft) torque at 10,000 rpm.

The power generated by the powerhouse was transferred to a six-speed cassette-type transmission with a final chain drive, launching the motorcycle to a top speed of 291 kph (181 mph).
