In 2003, the Italian motorcycle manufacturer launched the Aprilia RSV Mille R Edwards Replica. This machine had its livery inspired by the Aprilia RS Cube MotoGP motorcycle ridden by Colin Edwards.

As with the Haga replica, the Edwards version came with a circuit kit with an Akrapovich exhaust system, a more pressurized airbox, an Epron injection system, and 57 mm throttle bodies instead of 51 mm ones.
