APRILIA RSV 1000 R Bol D'or (2007-2007) Specs, Performance & Photos

The Aprilia RSV 1000 R was a sports motorcycle manufactured by Aprilia between 2004 and 2010. The bike debuted in 2004 as a replacement model for the Aprilia RSV Mille and was produced until 2010, when it was succeeded by the Aprilia RSV4.

The bike was available in three versions: the standard RSV 1000 R model, the high-spec RSV 1000 R Factory model, and the limited edition RSV 1000 R Nera. In addition, in 2007, the maker introduced the Aprilia RSV 1000 R Bol'Dor.

The 2007 Aprilia RSV 1000 R Bol'Dor came wearing the marks and graphics scheme of the official motorcycle the House of Noale used in the Bol'Dor 24-hour endurance race on the Le Mans circuit.

The bike's suspension system comprised a 43 mm upside-down adjustable Ohlins telescopic fork with 120 mm wheel travel on the front and an aluminum alloy banana swingarm coupled to an adjustable Sachs shock absorber with 133 mm travel on the rear.

As for the power figures, the 2007 Aprilia RSV 1000 R Bol'Dor had its soul brought to life by a 998cc fuel-injected four-stroke liquid-cooled V-twin engine mounted underneath its fairing, boasting 143 hp with a maximum peak at 9,500 rpm and 107 Nm (79 lb-ft) torque at 7,500 rpm.

The bike's power was handled by a six-speed manual transmission linked to the rear wheel via a final chain drive, pushing it to a top speed of 278 kph (173 mph).
