They call him the King of YouTube Car Reviews. With a relatively low budget, the videos produced by Saabkyle04 usually get more views than complex comparisons by Motor Trend.
In the past year or so, YouTubers have become even more transparent than before. They openly talk about how much money is being made in the industry, and some of them open up about their personal lives. Not surprisingly, some of them have become Internet celebrities in their own right.

Even though he looks like they guy you copy your homework off, Kyle Lindsey is one such celebrity. Since his in-depth car review channel was started in 2008, he has racked up 438,930,302 views (at the time of writing). Not bad for a pharmacy student from Reidsville, North Carolina!

The funny thing is that even when he's spending money, Kyle is making more of it. For example, the video where he explains how and why he bought his new dream car already has 300,000 views, and it's only three days old. That's the power of the vlog for you!

To buy the Viper, Kyle says he sold his truck and 2012 Dodge Charger. The Viper GTS is a 2013 model, so he could have afforded it without breaking into the YouTube piggybank.

Like any petrolhead, Kyle spends his days looking at what the dealers have and what's available online. He never even considered a Viper before he discovered it by accident. It had every option possible and only 4,000 miles on the clock. "You can't get any more American than a Viper," he said, and he bought it.

As you guys might already know, this is going to be the last year of production for the legendary V10 supercar from Dodge. And it's going out with a bang, as people from the car community are re-discovering what's great about it. Only a few days ago, we discussed Doug DeMuro's decision to buy a 1996 model. Wouldn't it be interesting to see them together and check out what changed in 20 years?

Mihnea's favorite cars have already been built, the so-called modern classics from the '80s and '90s. He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
