A semi-truck reversed into a Tesla Cybertruck, which was parked at a loading dock. The abuse did not stop there. The driver wanted to free the EV but only made things worse with the maneuver. Now, the owner says he is crying "cybertears" and hopes to have it fixed soon.
The owner of the Cybertruck, Jimmy, had waited for his vehicle for four and a half years. He had it delivered ten days before the incident. He also owns a Tesla Model X. But once his electric truck was delivered, that was his favorite ride.

One day, he parked it at a loading dock to charge it. He has been charging his car there for about ten years. But misfortune struck that day while his Cybertruck was charging. A semi wanted to go inside the loading dock but missed the correct route and backed straight into the Tesla, causing massive damage. The driver of the semi realized he had hit the pickup truck and wanted to set it free.

There was no way that the Cybertruck could drive out of the entrapment, though. It was pinned to the back wall, the owner said, and the semi was pressed up against the front edge of the rear door. Doing so would have ripped off the rear door.

But the semi going forward did not do far better either. The colossus left huge destruction behind. The front fender flare on the passenger's side was ripped off, the side mirror was dislocated, and part of it was left hanging, while the windows were shattered.

The front door ended up seriously scratched, but not as bad as we’d expect after the contact with the giant semi, while the floor was covered in debris. There is damage at the back as well, with the rear bumper getting deformed. The semi also pushed the front wheels to the right side, which might have caused further damage.

Jimmy took to X to share his sadness and wrote “Cybertears.” People in the comments offered virtual consolation. However, that won’t fix the Cybertruck. He is going to document the repair so you will be updated all throughout the procedure. Get your popcorn, ladies and gentlemen. It looks like it might take a while.

Tesla Cybertrucks, victims of crashes

We have seen Tesla Cybertrucks involved in crashes before and they seemed to hold up really well. The model went through its first real-world crash back in December, a month after Tesla had started deliveries.

It happened on the SR-35 in California. A Toyota Corolla struck the EV. The Corolla looked like a write-off, but the Cybertruck only suffered minor damage on the driver’s side.

Another Cybertruck got T-boned by a Nissan Sentra in Tampa, Florida. Both of them were towed away from the crash scene. The Nissan was a pile of metal and glass, while the Cybertruck had its plastic cladding ripped off and displayed scratches on both doors on the passenger side.

Another Cybertruck ended up on the raised signage of the Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles. At first, a rumor that a valet working for the hotel caused the crash surfaced on social media. However, the rumor was dismissed by the hotel’s representatives and, later on, by the author of the original post.

The original post also claimed that Justin Bieber was supposed to drive the Cybertruck. But we have our doubts about it, considering the rest of the lie.

Earlier this month, a video uploaded to Instagram showed a Cybertruck that looked every inch a write-off. There is no information about where or how it happened. The voice speaking in the video uses a combination of Russian and English that makes no sense whatsoever.
