Chevrolet has produced approximately 65,000 units of the ‘67 Camaro RS, but finding one in a good condition is still a challenge these days.
But the model right here, which is listed on Facebook Marketplace with a $16,900 price tag, not only that comes with the exterior in a good condition, but also features a striking red interior that some Americans are going to love.

This Camaro RS, however, has been sitting most of the time, as the owner explains that the car was driven only a few times each year.

Both the car and the engine were rebuilt nearly 16 years ago, the seller claims, and the 4-barrel carburetor was actually replaced in 2019. The 327ci (5.4-liter) V8 engine on the Camaro has also been upgraded with an Edelbrock performer RPM kit, RPM cam shafts, and other tweaks that are discussed in detail in the listing.

On the other hand, what you need to do know is that the car still needs some refinements here and there.

Engine and car were rebuilt back in 1994. Car has sat in storage and driven a few times each year. Was in California until a few years ago. Runs and drives well. Needs to have an exterior redone and a a full tune up. Priced to sell and make an offer. There are only a handful of first gen cameras listed under $20K. This is a rare find,” the owner says.

While it’s all up to you to decide if this Camaro is worth the money or not, the photos in the gallery pretty much speak for themselves and the seller really isn’t far from the truth when they claim this is a rare find. The car is priced to sell, they say, so if you’re anywhere close to Round Lake, Illinois, you can always go check it out for a better picture of everything.
