While folks at Rewild Homes continue to build some of the most spectacular tiny homes that truly bring luxury to the world of tiny living, this older model remains one of the finest examples of their craftsmanship and creativity. It's even hard to think of it as downsizing when you have a lavish three-bedroom house on wheels wrapped in pure luxury.
If nothing else, the Albatross tiny demonstrates that one can do wonders with a simple 28-foot (8.5 meters) length. Yes, it's significantly more compared to tiny houses that aim to be more compact, but it's the ingenious configuration that truly makes this extensive length work.

Some homes on wheels might focus on generous accommodation, and others might try to pair a modest floor space with high-end amenities and a sophisticated interior style. The Albatross tiny merges these two approaches with a dazzling result – a family home that is lavishly spacious, comfortable, and luxurious in every detail, even though it comes on wheels.

There aren't many three-bedroom tiny homes out there, which makes them highly coveted. As long as affordability isn't the primary driving force behind owning a tiny house, three-bedroom versions would be what many people are looking for. Even if they cost more than their compact counterparts, these types of homes on wheels are still affordable compared to conventional houses with a similar layout. The Albatross tiny can accommodate a large family or a couple who want to enjoy the daily comfort of a conventional home and be able to have friends and family over.

The three-bedroom configuration includes two lofts and a fully enclosed bedroom on the main floor. This could be considered the master bedroom, and it comes with extra perks. Behind a beautiful pocket door that brings Japanese minimalism to mind, you'll discover more than a comfy double bed.

The room was big enough to add a generous built-in wardrobe and a very practical floating desk that could double as a nightstand or a makeup vanity. It's beautifully placed in front of one of the two large windows that keep the room well-lit throughout the day. Even with these extra features, this bedroom feels airy and spacious, just like a traditional one.

A simple ladder, which can be stored on the wall whenever it's not in use, leads to the loft right above the master bedroom. What's interesting is that even this loft bedroom is fully enclosed for optimal privacy. A tiny door opens up to a peaceful setting with a large bed, a big window, and plenty of floor space for additional furniture or storage.

In perfect symmetry, the second loft features the exact type of door and access ladder resting upon the wall. This one sits above the bathroom, which mirrors the main-floor bedroom. This luxury bathroom alone would be enough to make Albatross highly desirable. Instead of the basic appliances, it reveals a lovely classic bathtub next to an elegant vanity and a huge open-shelf cabinet with a separate compartment for the washing machine.

The full-size washing machine is one of the seven premium appliances that Albatross was endowed with. All the ones in the kitchen are full-size, including a fridge with its own nook and a microwave oven with its own dedicated compartment within the overhead cupboards.

Flawless symmetry and balance are also what define the kitchen, and this has a lot to do with the gorgeous countertops. We're talking 18 feet (5.4 meters) of granite – unheard of in most tiny house kitchens. These premium-looking countertops expand on both sides of the kitchen, which contributes to that perfectly balanced, symmetric style.

The one by the window acts as the luxurious version of a breakfast bar, with enough space underneath to integrate some more cabinets. All of these kitchen cabinets were handcrafted, just like all the fir doors, and all of this high-end woodwork was done using locally sourced wood for added sustainability.

This combination of light-toned wood, high-quality appliances, and simple white walls creates a sense of luxurious minimalism. The Albatross is elegant, contemporary, and sophisticated in an understated way. The overall impression is one of absolute balance, harmony, and peaceful comfort.

The Albatross tiny isn't as open to the outdoors as similar generously-sized homes. It does flaunt multiple windows that flood the interior with natural light, but it's also a private sanctuary. While there are many dual-loft tiny homes, you'll hardly find one where both loft spaces are completely enclosed and fitted with doors.

Albatross looks and feels more like a traditional house than a mobile home in this sense. The typical open-space lounge we often see with tiny homes is also missing, which some might see as a downside. As a custom home, the Albatross was designed to suit the needs of its owners, and its impeccable layout is a timeless source of inspiration for those who want to go beyond the basics when it comes to tiny living.
