Fueled by people's desire for adventure, freedom, and flexibility, traveling the world in a mobile habitat has become a new form of luxury. The steadily growing interest in RV travel has fueled all kinds of innovations in the industry meant not only to enhance the overall travel experience but also to make recreational vehicles more accessible and efficient as a means of exploring the world.
Forest River, one of the biggest manufacturers of recreational vehicles in North America, is leading the way in innovation, and their newest No Boundaries RV Suite is the best example. Introduced as part of the company's No Boundaries line of rugged towable RVs, the new offering is a game-changer in the world of travel trailers due to its hybrid design that blends traits from different classes of trailers out there.

Designed to offer the perfect mix of mobility, comfort, and off-road capability, the NoBo RV Suite is different trailers in one. It boasts a glamping-worthy interior with luxe residential-style amenities similar to a destination trailer, a back patio with railings like those you find on park models, and impressive ground-clearance, large diameter tires, and a nimble suspension system like an overlander trailer. At the same time, the company has maintained a lightweight construction to still offer the portability of a travel trailer.

With the comfort of a tiny home and the mobility of a standard towable trailer, the No Boundaries RV Suite allows owners to use it for both long-term placement in a single location and to explore different places at their own pace.

In terms of dimensions, the RV Suite measures 32 feet and 6 inches (9.9 meters) in length, 8.4 feet (2.5 meters) in width, and 11.25 feet (3.4 meters) in height, with a dry weight of 7,380 lbs (nearly 3,350 kg) and a GVWR of 9,590 lbs (4,350 kg). It boasts all-aluminum framing with an Azdel backer for the walls, fiberglass with a gel coat for siding, a fully enclosed underbelly, and a PVC membrane rubberized material for the angled, shed-style roof. The upgraded sidewall insulation will allow outdoor enthusiasts to extend their camping season, while the aluminum wheels shod in all-terrain tires will help them explore farther away.

One of the standout features of the exterior of the RV Suite is the generous back patio with black metal railings, or "sun deck," as the company calls it. It's 4 feet long (122 cm) and spans the width of the trailer, offering enough space to place a couple of chairs and enjoy the views. Coupled with a glass back door, it is a great way to extend the living space to the outside and create a visual and functional connection between the indoors and the outdoors. With a roof overhang and exterior lights, campers will be able to enjoy this deck regardless of the weather or time of day.

What's more, the deck is bolted to the frame and comes with four tie-downs, meaning you can use it to carry larger items during transit. It can carry up to 2,210 pounds (approx. 1,000 kg), so you can put extra water tanks, outdoor gear, or even a small motorcycle back there.

A side sliding glass door, a rear glass door, and sleek tinted frameless windows ensure the interior doesn't feel like a dark tin can and provides those inside with incredibly open views.

In terms of interior layout, Forest River offers two models of the NoBo RV Suite trailer - RVS1 and RVS2 - both of which comprise everything you usually find inside a modern tiny home. The main difference between the two versions is the configuration of the master bedroom. Sitting at the rear of the trailer with direct access to the back patio, the bedroom inside the RVS1 is a versatile space that serves as an office or dining room during the day and a sleeping space during the night, with a king-size Murphy bed that swings down from the wall. Two full-height wardrobes flanking the bed cater to the owners' clothes storage needs.

The RVS2, on the other hand, adds a slide-out section in the bedroom, allowing for the inclusion of a fixed bed, a dresser, and a dedicated office area in the same room.

A sliding door leads into the kitchen and living area, which occupies the center of the trailer. An L-shaped sofa next to the sliding entrance door and an entertainment center with a TV and electric fireplace create the perfect lounging space.

The upscale kitchen comes with solid surface countertops, enough cabinets for storing cooking essentials, and modern, all-electric appliances for optimized functionality. An induction cooktop, a convection oven/microwave combo, a sink, and a retro apartment-size refrigerator are included as standard.

At the very front of the trailer lies the equally luxurious bathroom which impresses with its generous size and functional features. Besides an apartment-size shower cabin with a jet spray function, you also get a large vanity with dual vessel sinks right in front of two windows that allow you to enjoy the back views while freshening up in the morning. They come with blackout roller shades for when you need privacy. A porcelain toilet, ample storage solutions for linen and toiletries, a Cadet heater, and an optional washer/dryer unit round up the bathroom design.

The No Boundaries RV Suite comes with a smart electrical system, a central vacuum system, multi-zone heating, a high-efficiency air-conditioner, and dimmable lights. A 90-gallon fresh water tank, 60-gallon grey water tank, and 30-gallon waste tank, coupled with an optional solar package that includes lithium batteries, a 3,000-watt inverter, and 500 watts or more of solar, ensure you can enjoy extended off-grid stays.

With its spacious layout, high-end specs offered as standard, and off-road capability, the No Boundaries RV Suite is the ideal companion for people who want to explore the great outdoors in comfort. Pricing for Forest River's No Boundaries RV Suite RVS1 travel trailer starts at $51,550 before options, but with a bit of luck, you can get it discounted at various dealers across the US.
