Being lucky enough to own a Cybertruck before the year's end is guaranteed to make some Tesla fans feel the Holiday spirit more intensely than others. You can contribute to someone else's happiness if you're not on the shortlist. After all, Christmas is about giving.
There's no denying that the Cybertruck became an international hit, even though it has yet to prove itself in independent tests. It's not just Americans waiting for the official unveiling and the verified spec sheet. Even Europeans would like to experience it, which makes little sense considering their narrow roads and the absence of a well-established pickup truck culture.

The Cybertruck is supposed to have an "exoskeleton" made of a thick stainless steel alloy. That's what makes the all-electric vehicle bulletproof. It should briefly serve as a boat. However, the exoskeleton claim has already been proven to be exaggerated.

The world's most valuable automaker just attaches stainless steel panels to the body. But, as recent tests have shown, that is good enough. Now, the windows must prove they can resist the same type of damage.

It remains to be seen if the Cybertruck will come with rear-wheel drive, all-wheel drive, and tri-motor performance drivetrains and a starting price of $39,900. It's highly unlikely, but one can only hope.

But if you know someone willing to be an early adopter and ride the initial production wave, there's a great Christmas gift idea we have. It can even be a great buy for yourself if the short list of Cybertruck owners has your name on it.

Before Tesla's first pickup truck is used for work and hauling, the zero-emission vehicle will most likely become a status symbol. It might be something to show off to friends, family, colleagues, and business partners. Thus, we think keeping the exterior clean will be a worry for many.

But a spotless Cybertruck will be hard to achieve. Brushed (or satin) stainless steel isn't as easy to keep smudge-free as painted aluminum. Fortunately, decades of refrigerator progress have also resulted in new cleaning products that tackle this material.

You only need a generic stainless steel cleaner and a good microfiber cloth. Some brands even offer subscription services. The good news is that you're not going to spend a lot of money. A case costs around $70, while a spray container can be as affordable as $8.

Tesla already uses something called "Cyber Wash" to maintain the spotless aspect of the units currently on display in various US cities. It's not a special mix, so you're not getting something that's off-brand.

Maybe one courageous Cybertruck owner will even go as far as to polish the vehicle's body until a mirror finish is achieved. Detailers are certainly going to prepare for requests like this one.

All in all, a six-pack of generic stainless steel cleaner can be a good gift only if you or the lucky recipient of your effort don't decide on wrapping the Cybertruck. Covering the ultra-hard, cold-rolled stainless steel panels with a self-healing film could protect it better from scuffs and road debris.

Car shows on TV and his father's Fiat Tempra may have been Florin's early influences, but nowadays he favors different things, like the power of an F-150 Raptor. He'll never be able to ignore the shape of a Ferrari though, especially a yellow one.
