Brabus has been hinting at a piece of Tesla’s cars for more than a while now. It had all started back in 2008 when they became the first renown aftermarket company to tune the Tesla Roadster. With the blue electric beast they’ve just unveiled in Frankfurt, the German custom shop is not just presenting a new project. They are making a statement.
When you pronounce their name, your mind goes straight to Deutschland, and not because their shop is based in the land of wurst, but because that’s where their biggest partners come from. Yes, their tuning projects with Mercedes-Benz and Smart have been stunning, and it’s safe to say Brabus is a big name in the biz.

Design and aerodynamics may be of some matter for these mad men, but it’s power enhancement that sets them apart from most of the other players on the market. As we mentioned, their blue Tesla Model S here is the beginning of a new chapter, and it all started here, in Frankfurt. The program involves the regular styling options for the bodywork and interior, with the brand adding that its program will continue to grow.

That is what we call a statement. The custom offers for Tesla cars will expand shortly, which can only mean they are about to pump in some further power to the already fast and mean green machine. Meanwhile, as you will observe in the adjacent photo gallery, they have added an aerodynamic kit made out of carbon fiber permanently sealed with a high gloss or a matte protective coating.

Further attachments for the side air intakes have also been installed, while the front spoiler lip, rear diffuser, and a subtle boot lid spoiler complete the big picture. If you can ignore the 21-inch rims shod in Pirelli or Yokohama rubber size 255/35 R 21 at the front and 265/35 R 21, then avoiding the interior will surely be impossible. Now that is eye candy right there, the type of leather finish design that makes you feel the premium feature of such a vehicle.

The list may as well continue with features such as stainless-steel scuff plates with backlit Brabus logo that changes color from white to blue, a redone lower center console with new storage options, heated and cooled cup holders, plus a wireless smartphone charger.
