The Subaru Impreza WRX is truly an iconic car, which has spawned an entire subculture, along with it. Along with the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo, they have created a niche which they have had all to themselves for a while, now.
Now, the Impreza’s well-known blue paintjob and gold wheels look also suits other cars, aside from it, and by this we mean any car, really. Take this Suzuki Swift, photographed in China. It has been given the full WRX treatment, with great results, we say - it even has the signature hood scoop.
Furthermore, the Swift is the only supermini you can buy which has the option of all-wheel drive, and while it’s not available on the Sport (pictured here), we`re sure that with some modifications, the system which only comes with a 1.3-liter engine, can be fitted to the larger 1.6-liter unit, fitted to the Sport. Give it a good turbocharger kit, and let the tail-happy fun begin.
