Suzuki Announces Lineup for the 2010 Chicago Auto Show

The North American division of Japanese carmaker Suzuki recently revealed what it has prepared for the 2010 Chicago Auto Show visitors, with the 2010 Suzuki Kizashi leading the charge. The sport sedan in the US dealer showrooms last December, retailing for in between $18,999 and $26,749, plus $735 for destination and handling.

All four trim levels of the 2010 Kizashi will be on display at the Suzuki exhibit, from the entry-level Kizashi S, priced between $18,999 for FWD and $21,749 for AWD, to the SLS model ranging from $24,399 for FWD M/T to $26,749 for AWD Continuously Variable Transmission (CVT).

In addition, Suzuki will also showcase the 2010 Suzuki SX4 SportBack, which comes equipped with a new 2.0-liter engine delivering 150 horsepower with its standard six-speed manual transmission. There is also a performance-tuned CVT (with paddle shifters) version of the car available as optional. Suzuki's new SX4 SportBack also features an aero package, revised rear spoiler, lower ride package (15mm when compared to the SX4 Crossover), a completely redesigned instrument cluster and integrated navigation system.

In addition to its lineup of production vehicles, Suzuki will showcase a Road Race Motorsports Kizashi with Road Race's signature handling and performance modes and an Equator concept truck with off-road upgrades provided by ICON Vehicle Dynamics and the Corona Cartel. Both project builds debuted at the 2009 SEMA Show in Las Vegas.

The 2010 Chicago Auto Show also will coincide with Suzuki's launch onto social media platforms, such as Suzuki's Twitter (@SuzukiAuto), Facebook (www.Facebook.com/SuzukiAuto) and YouTube (www.YouTube.com/SuzukiAuto) pages.
