Top-level functionality meets elegant style inside this well-crafted home on wheels. The clever configuration fits multiple unexpected elements that add comfort with zero clutter. The abundant woodwork creates a rustic ambiance that's modern and fresh at the same time. Osage reveals an incredible attention to detail at every corner.
What makes a simple house warm and inviting? Is it the big sofa surrounded by large windows? Is it the luminous kitchen, where everything is at your fingertips, yet neatly stored? These days, a compact but well-placed home office is also an essential part of a comfortable home. The beautiful Osage has it all and more. Built on a solid, 30-foot (9.1 meters) trailer, it offers 320 square feet (29.7 square meters) of modern residential bliss.

More than ten windows flood this space with natural light and keep the atmosphere cozy together with high-quality insulation and additional equipment (the mini-split AC/heating system doesn't come as a standard feature, but the house is wired for it). Premium waterproof flooring is added for durability. Style-wise, its dark tone adds depth by contrasting with the white walls and osage furniture.

Wood beams in dark shades create a rustic effect, making Osage look like a traditional cabin. The white shiplap and birch walls add the nostalgic look of a farmhouse. Despite its traditional sources of inspiration, this tiny house is supremely modern. You can see it in the relaxed, airy layout, carefully thought out for the needs of today's families.

What makes the living room stand out is the osage bookcase covering the entire wall, plus the entertainment center, ready for the addition of a TV. These items instantly elevate a basic living space with a sophisticated effect. The matching sofa is custom-made. It comes with practical storage space underneath, and it's big enough to convert to a comfy extra bed.

The osage desk is so well integrated that it's even hard to notice at first. By using the same materials and colors, it becomes an integral part of the living room. Its placement takes full advantage of the available space while thoughtfully keeping out of the way. With its matching chair, it becomes an unexpected work haven inside a busy home, secluded yet perfectly integrated.

The osage bar is another top-notch feature. Beautifully placed along the home's front windows, it's surprisingly generous. It even comes with a matching footrest. The bar stools in darker shades replicate the home's signature contrast. Tiny homes rarely boast separate dining and work areas. Osage manages to squeeze everything on the main floor while still maintaining an airy, relaxed vibe throughout.

Having separate spots for different activities is a real luxury when it comes to tiny living, especially in homes with multiple family members. Osage offers this luxury and does it in a way that seems perfectly natural. Even with these great additions, there's still plenty of room left for a great kitchen. Once again, the woodwork is impressive – a solid, two-inch (5 cm) thick countertop made of walnut, a matching backsplash, and custom-made osage shelves above.

Generous storage is paired with premium appliances to create an ideal kitchen. There's a large fridge with a freezer and a full-size gas range with an oven. A multi-speed ventless hood fan is the cherry on top. The flexible lighting fixtures can put the spotlight either on the kitchen or on the bar area – it's small details like this that show just how sophisticated Osage is.

The bathroom is just as impressive in terms of equipment and style. The walnut countertop and backsplash are similar to the ones in the kitchen, paired with the signature osage shelves. The result is incredible storage and refined elegance. Even the door is custom-made. The shower stall seems huge for a tiny house, and it even reveals a seating bench.

It's also equipped for the addition of a washer/dryer unit and an eco-friendly composting toilet. The floating vinyl tile throughout and the vented fan also add a luxurious touch to this remarkably sophisticated tiny home bathroom.

Osage comes with two loft rooms. The master loft, ideal for a comfy bedroom, offers 80 square feet (7.4 square meters) and a great layout. The same high-quality flooring as the one downstairs is paired with two large windows for plenty of light and fresh air.

It fits a queen-sized bed with generous walk-around space. The osage railing (also custom-made) and elegant shelves, strategically placed close to the bed for easy access, are the refined elements that make this bedroom truly sophisticated.

The second loft, unfolding over 32 square feet (2.9 square meters), is perfect for storage but can also be turned into a smaller bedroom. It boasts enough space for twin beds and comes with the same premium waterproof floor.

The gorgeous Osage is sophisticated even when it comes to accessing the loft area. For the main bedroom, the team at Made Relative created a massive staircase doubling as a generous storage area with three big cabinets. The contrasting walnut and osage steps turn it into a work of art, harmoniously blending with the overall décor.

As for the second bedroom, an apparently basic ladder provides quick access. The unexpected detail is that the ladder was designed to be neatly stored underneath the osage snack bar – it stays out of the way, also looking like a piece of décor. Once again, the seamless interplay between style and function makes this home surprisingly complex.

Contemporary light fixtures, both inside and out, are the final touch for this ultra-stylish and perfectly functional home on wheels. Although the brand is only six years old, it's easy to see that the folks behind Made Relative have decades of experience in construction work. Osage is just one of their fabulous creations, proving that exceptional woodwork totally belongs in contemporary homes for modern people.
