Ever since its introduction at the end of 2017, the Urus has revolutionized Lamborghini. It is the model that has helped them more than double their annual sales, and it's been a total success.
The spiritual successor to the iconic LM002 traces its roots back to its more mainstream siblings from the Volkswagen Group, like the VW Touareg, Audi Q7, Porsche Cayenne, and Bentley Bentayga. However, despite the familiar underpinnings, it sets itself apart by featuring a dedicated chassis tune, more exotic looks inside and out, and a powerful engine under the hood.

Speaking of which, the current Urus, aka the mid-cycle facelifted one, comes in two different configurations. The base model is called the Urus S, and the more track-focused one is known as the Urus Performante. Both enjoy 666 ps (657 hp/490 kW) and an impressive 850 Nm (627 lb-ft) of torque from their 4.0-liter biturbo V8. The Performante is two-tenths of a second quicker to 100 kph (62 mph), taking 3.3 seconds.

With so many Uruses out there, most of which are from the pre-facelifted iteration, there are also tons of them that the tuning fairy has visited. Thus, no matter if it is new wheels that they sport or wacky body kits, redesigned interiors, and the occasional power boost, the sky is the limit when it comes to tuning this model. We've seen countless examples with more or less controversial looks over the years, and the one pictured above falls in the brash category.

Featuring a dollar-bill metallic look on the outside, it gets a set of black fender flares and a few other goodies that make it further stand out. The icing on the cake when it comes to the new look is the wheelset. Signed by Forgiato as per the center caps, the alloys have a gold look and an intricate pattern. Nothing out of the ordinary so far, yet we haven't mentioned the size yet. You see, they measure 26 inches in diameter and contribute to the flashy styling of this super crossover.

Mind you, such a modification would ruin the driving comfort of any car, let alone a high-rider, and it would also affect the turning radius. On top of that, not many vehicles can rock oversized alloys and still look good, and the Lamborghini Urus is certainly no exception. There is a big but here, as the one whose images we shared in the gallery is nothing more than a design exercise, and an unofficial one, for that matter.

It was made by 412donklife on Instagram, was shared on social media a few days ago, and lives in Fantasy Land, which is a good thing, as we're not fans of the new makeover. Are you?
