MV Agusta Brutale Cannonball Kit Goes to the UK

The race only Cannonball kit, launched by the company’s Corse division to boost the power of the MV Agusta Brutale 1090RR in mid-2010, has now found its way to the UK. British customers can choose from ordering a complete and finished bike with the Cannonball Kit already fitted direct from the factory, or they can order a kit for their existing Brutale 1090RR.

The performance upgrade kit consists of a new cylinder head, up-rated camshafts, a slipper clutch, new ECU and a full titanium exhaust system for maximum gas flow.

We’ll remind you that thanks to the Cannonball kit, the Brutale 1090RR puts out some extra 21 hp which, added to the bike’s standard power of 144 hp, make up for a total of 165 hp.

The Brutale Cannonball is available at MV Agusta importers MotoGB for £17,999 for a limited period only. This makes a saving of £2,500 on the separate cost of the base 1090RR Brutale and the ‘Cannonball Kit’ which retails at £5,880 plus VAT.
