Last month, Mitsubishi revealed a concept called the G4 at the Bangkok International Motor Show. The design is said o preview a future sedan version of the Mirage, which would be a very welcomed model in the States. There's no question the Japanese automaker will put it into production in the coming years, but we don't have to wait that long to see what it looks like.
Automotive graphics manipulator Theopilus Chin has rendered the Mirage Sedan using elements from the hatch and a new upper grille that's much larger. It's a decent look, but the emphasis will almost certainly be placed on making it as cheap and as efficient as possible, so don't expect lots of chrome, expensive lighting technology or powerful engines.
Instead, a 1.2-liter three-cylinder engine with start-stop and reduced friction internals will be offered with a manual or CVT gearbox.
